Your staff members shouldn’t be talking about divisive politics with customers.
Also caring more about politics than focusing on making drinks. I know we all get excited sometimes about nonsense but leave it at home.

Wouldn't give me a freaking paper bag after I waited 20 minutes for my food. I got six different items and couldn't reasonably carry it all. Said straight to my face we don't have bags while there's a bag sitting right next to me with food in it. Abhorrent. Been coming here for years, how ridiculous.

I'm from NY and the only thing that comes close there is Stewarts, but still a very far second. Good air machines, clean stocked restrooms, good food, and a clean friendly shop!

The guy with the bald head and gray beard gave me so much attitude when I asked for a straw. This is not who you should be having work for your company. Absolutely unacceptable demeanor.

Don’t go to this location because they are not professional at their jobs. It’s like a bunch of random people got hired with zero service skills or customer service skills. My coupon expired when all I needed was it to be scanned like a regular piece of candy, then the worker laughed and joked about what was going to be my dinner. The bathroom was a disaster as if no one cleaned it at all for the day. The associates were not welcoming at all. No one stopped the motorcycle gang in the parking area as they took up spots and made an uncomfortable environment. Don’t go to the Lodi, NJ Wawa it’s straight trash, they treat you like trash and the act like they the best. Food sucks, customer services sucks, bathroom sucks. Overall this place puts a bad rep on Wawa.

50 orders who ordered after me got theirs before me…): after telling them i hadn’t gotten mine, they yelled for someone to do it, no one did it, and i waited ten more minutes

This is a gas station with an attached minimart and food place inside. It is really big. They have your convenient items along with lots of fresh food and on the go food here.

New Coffee machine. It’s cool, but my favorite cup coffee french vanilla, not was in stock, my order I’m wait wait to long... burrito ? was not good rool, the burrito was poorly rolled and was falling apart and did not look like a burritos

Manager of this Wawa was hyper focused on customer service. I didn’t have time to wait for my food to be prepared as my break was ending and needed a refund. He was super apologetic and trying to make sure I didn’t leave empty handed without lunch even after I told him it’s really ok, and I wasn’t even complaining I just had to leave promptly.
Too many people are quick to complain and leave bad reviews and I had to take a minute to praise this employee

Every day I come here and buy something to eat. Every day I order almost the same things (a cup of coffee and a cheese cream bagel or extra butter bread), but today it's completely unacceptable, I ordered extra butter bread and I received bread without butter.

Lady making sandwiches kept talking to other coworkers who was noticably working harder and the lady just wouldn't stop turning around in the middle of a long line of people to get in her conversation about where she's taking her kids on the weekend etc. I watched her take a solid minute and a half to just simply put the stuff she already made into a bag. It was the white lady with glasses who is taller.
