Every time I go to this bank, I am greeted with a friendly smile and greeting. I had some problems with several items, like logging online, questions about wiring money, use of credit cards, etc., and several others, and they helped me with all of them, and did it with a smile and they said, we are glad to help out, is there anything else we can help you with!

I am only giving this branch 5 star for one person working at this place , her name is Detina,, she is wonderful ,, works like an octopus,, greet everyone with a smile and moves people quickly,, unlike the rest of the team , everyone seems to take their time slowly and still asks her how to do their jobs, every time I come to this branch I witness her moving so fast between the drive through , front and safe box services ,, she picks up a lot of work on her own,,, this branch is lucky to have her ,, hope they are taking good care of her as she deserves the best,, if she is not the manager or supervisor of this place I believe she deserves to be and even more ,, thank you Detina ,, you are wonderful and we need more people like you in this world.

My “mom” opened an account for me as a kid, but I wasn’t aware of anything. She also put a bond/saving bond in I think & it grew to $100 which I cashed @ another bank when I got old enough to open my own account & close thus one down.
