I've visited several post offices, but my local post office stands out as the best by far. The people who work here are the nicest postal workers I've ever encountered. They are incredibly patient and always provide exceptional service, no matter how busy it gets. I deliver my online orders there once or twice every day, and I always receive a warm welcome and friendly assistance. Highly recommended!

I am only writing this because the short haired postmaster lady decided to single me out and say my packages look “suspicious” and will probably require an additional level of screening by the postal cops and will prob be late delivered. I did not know that mailing candy would be enough to make you assume that I am mailings drugs. There is nothing wrong with mailing yourself 2 packages full of candy. Shame on you for making assumptions.

I recently visited this location and encountered extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff. One employee, 'the Heavy Guy', threatened to send me back to my location instead of accepting my package, despite claiming to be doing me a favor. Additionally, his colleague, a blond lady, insisted that packages can only be sent from the post office where one's residence is located. This behavior was unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment. I hope management takes swift action to address this issue and improve customer service standards."

Seems like this place got worse than when I first gave it 3 stars. This place is really close to my house so that's why I go. I dread going in here.The employees are nice and don't seem to get flustered about the long lines. They're really understaffed. I feel like there's no good time to go because there's always a line going to the door. 3 registers and always just 1 open no matter how long lines get.Just be prepared to wait in line if you go here. Most times you're not going to be in and out.

Shipped an international package there. Representative Chris has been patient and informative all the time. We tried using the global express for 3 times it didn’t work out so eventually chose priority mail express. He handled the package pretty neatly and gave me two customer forms that I can fill at home if I wanna ship international package again.Two other representatives are efficient and friendly too. It’s good to see a post office operating in full capacity during holiday season.

Long lines, male employee was rude to a customer asking for tape, disorganized, understaffed. They make shipping very complicated with a million questions. I was personally fine but the way they treated others was not.

Been coming here since 1992 Never had much as a problem as I did in last visit sept 6th. I know the main guy there chris. We have had many pleasant conversations mainly about sports. But on this morning first in line when he opened door. I made serious mistake trying again to be pleasant i asked how did you Enjoy your vacation? Well i got my head bitten off with a Nasty That's None of Your Buisness! Embarrassed and shocked as there were customers hearing this. I Responded yeah i know that but all i was doing was being polite and friendly . Passing the day. It continued with a couple more quick remarks simular..customer behind me as we were leaving says when I walked out he was still Bitchin about me.i should pay for his vacation! Rude and Unprofessional !! Realize my Next Encounter I'll just ask for my money order and stamp.or walk to Rochelle Pk. Still almost month later it still upsets me. Now just seeing my bank account says I was charged 20 dollars MORE for that transaction.WHY??? I Don't know how to contact online.

I went here on a Saturday a couple weeks ago and had the most helpful gentleman wait on me. I wish I got his name. Super helpful for a post office or any customer service.
