Say what you want about this place, but likely it’s a USPS problem and not a Lodi thing. IMO this location is immensely better than the Hasbrouck heights one, and staff is much more personable- not to mention they aren’t closed for a full hour in the middle of the day for no reason

Slowest ever. One guy working. Line out the door. Meanwhile a different postal worker is just standing at each computer looking confused.

I waited after 3 people, then there was 8-9 people behind me, and the worker Shenkh allowed a lady to just to cut in front of everyone. Shenkh had an attitude, and was rude so i just left my two letters and my package on his desk, and walked out.
It is now 3:11pm and it doesn't seem to even have been registered. :(

Watch out there thefts in usps this guy Chris literally has my package on hold for over a week and some are missing. bad customer service usps should fire. thief will file a police report

I've visited several post offices, but my local post office stands out as the best by far. The people who work here are the nicest postal workers I've ever encountered. They are incredibly patient and always provide exceptional service, no matter how busy it gets. I deliver my online orders there once or twice every day, and I always receive a warm welcome and friendly assistance. Highly recommended!

I am only writing this because the short haired postmaster lady decided to single me out and say my packages look “suspicious” and will probably require an additional level of screening by the postal cops and will prob be late delivered. I did not know that mailing candy would be enough to make you assume that I am mailings drugs. There is nothing wrong with mailing yourself 2 packages full of candy. Shame on you for making assumptions.

I recently visited this location and encountered extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff. One employee, 'the Heavy Guy', threatened to send me back to my location instead of accepting my package, despite claiming to be doing me a favor. Additionally, his colleague, a blond lady, insisted that packages can only be sent from the post office where one's residence is located. This behavior was unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment. I hope management takes swift action to address this issue and improve customer service standards."
