Whoever who owns this place should be arrested. A man stands outside harassing people to join his membership program and then enrolls them anyway even when told no several times and no documentation is signed. If you use a credit card here you will be charged MONTHLY for a membership you never signed up for. They will even create a member ID for you and make it look like you enrolled. Fraudulent snakes. The wash wasn't even good on top of it so they can't even do their one job correctly. Based off these reviews this happens to everyone that comes here and everyone struggles to hear back from them. This car wash is 2 minutes from my house but I would rather drive an hour somewhere to get it cleaned than ever support this place again.

One of the best car washes in NJ. No matter where I move in NJ I always travel back to this place bc they're the best and only ones doing it right.

Their attendant at the payment station is very rude. I finally left without waiting for a car wash. I've been going to this car wash for six years. I've never had such bad experiences at that place. I tried calling up on the number listed to explain my experience. I was told to come back to their office to discuss the situation.

Magnificent car wash and great staff. I travel from New York to get a car wash here because of the quality service I always receive. Though the car wash takes a bit longer than the average car wash it is because this is not your average car wash. I have not once gotten back into my car and left unsatisfied. The team always goes above and beyond and I am very appreciative of their service. 10/10 would recommend.

i brought my car in for a very much needed cleaning inside and out. It was really nasty. Before I left I had done a check for any extra items. While they were doing the inside of the car one of the attendants pulled out a ziplock baggie that had $55 dolLars in it. The car was washed and polished well, the interior also but the honestly was Outstanding. That money could have been easily pocketed and I would never have known about it. This is my go to place now

Magic Touch is the perfect name for this car wash place because they clean your car and make it feel BRAND NEW every time! I thought the membership was expensive but it's actually worth it for the service that you get. All the workers are super friendly so the price is worth the whole experience you get! I recommend it 100000%!

Spent $45 on a car wash. I want my money back. After the car went through the car wash we were directed to on of the bins for it to be dried Tire's cleaned. Everything wiped down. Inside vacuumed and everything inside wiped down and clean. How does a car get half a car serviced? I kid you not. The only side that was cleaned was the drivers side. Ridiculous! I tried calling this place numerous times. Left message after message. No return call. The owner obviously does not give a damn. He just takes your money. I will never ever go there again. The only thing that gets cleaned out is your wallet. Don't waste your money. Just stay away from this dump.

I first decided to give this wash a try because I was offered a free exterior wash on instagram and it was decent. The coupon was easy to redeem and there was so pushy sales person. They offer free self vacuum before your wash and it's it works really well. There's a couple of stations so not much of a wait. You can opt to have full service and someone will help you do an interior cleaning after your wash. The basic exterior was was ok but it leaves a lot of be desired. It doesn't remove hard dirt stains that really require some effort to remove. The drying process is very lax and there was still a ton of water left behind. It's not the best or most comprehensive wash but it's decent in a pinch. It's a good in between wash, especially during the winter season to remove all that salt. I recently signed up for a discounted basic exterior monthly membership and it gets the job done. The staff is friendly and you can be in and out and 5 minutes.

Let me start off by saying I've always gone there and have purchased a regular wash which does the job. I have to admit their equipment is good and up to date. Now, I purchased the $60 bucks wash a couple of times and every time it's been awful but today was the worse and last time I will even go to this place. You would figure after a $60 dollar was the job would be done correctly. As a business owner I will make it my priority to let anyone I come across who gos there if they continue do not even bother with anything more that a regular wash.

This is the second time I have had an item broken! First it was a custom stubby antenna and now my window louvre. If this is truly "Brushless" then WHY??????

I brought my car there to get a wash and vacuum. Believe it or not, the only way you can get this done is with a $70 charge! I spoke to a staff member who told me I could get unlimited one month for $29 and cancel within one week of the expiration date. I took him up on this offer as it seemed reasonable. When I got to the front of the car wash they asked for my card and charged me $44 !!! I said the guy told me $29. It turns out he made a mistake and it is $44! I told him forget it, please refund my card. It was already a line for behind me so they let me go through for free after my refund. Save yourself the trouble and go pay $20 anywhere else, literally for the same exact thing! His place is a waste of money don't waste your trip there. -Ralph

Once again I am so upset. Brought my brand new leased truck to be detailed and there are 2 circular scratches on my hood. It is definitely, positively from them drying it. I just got it and it was in meticulous condition. And, if you tell the manager about it he blows you off and blames you and NEVER takes responsibility for their mistake. I've had issues before but this has really pissed me off! I purchase a month unlimited washes and wish I didn't. Beware because this place really sucks!! There is no owner ever around and they really don't care!

Have had the Silver unlimited plan for a couple years now. It's up to $23 and change a month now including tax. Haven't been getting my car washed much during the past year due to COVID so they've made out! I've always gotten a good wash and a decent hand drying at the end, so no complaints from me! Free vacuums too so hard to beat! Seen a few car washed for $7.00 and no free vacuums. Don't know about the quality of the wash, but if you're on a budget shop around. If you're not, check this place out!

THIEVES! Unprofessional as all hell. In the summer I got the Unlimited Wash Pass, where I could get as many car washes in a month's time. When I no longer needed it, I followed the policy, which allowed me to cancel via email. However, after canceling on Oct. 7, I've continued to be billed on Oct. 22, Nov. 23 and Dec. 22. My emails went unanswered until after the third fraudulent billing. All I was told was to call and speak to Mike. When I did, he took down my phone number and told me he'd call me later. LIES. He never called back and when I tried calling again, he "wasn't available." Otherwise it routinely goes to voicemail. I'll be putting in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
