Forget this store. It is a nightmare to buy there because in the absence of quality they do not want to respond for the guarantee. They are dishonest and rude. Only through the consumer protection office did they respond for the warranty after 6 months of disappointment.

I had THE beart experience working with Mo and his team at Signature. I purchased 8 very elegant and well priced dining chairs and couldn't be happier. I placed the order on Sarurday and by the next Thursday they were delivered. The style and selection he has access to expansive. I love shopping for furniture so I will definitely be back!

I bought a spring box at Signature Furniture in Lodi and I wasn't happy with the item. I called Moe, the manager, and he was very swift in giving me another one which I was very happy with.

RUN!!! Moe is DISHONEST, RUDE AND VERY MISLEADING. He talks nice and tell you he understands what you want. Selected out of the catalog a nice table and tv stand. He told me the "quality is good very sturdy, I'll love it." I ordered on Fri. he said he'll call me Monday for delivery schedule.I get a call on Tuesday the delivery came the items are so cheap looking and fragil $2800. He said he would come pick it up and won't answer phone nor had he picked up furniture. I had to drop it off myself today.. He gave me a store credit. Shop at wayfair or Amazon the products are BETTER QUALITY., customer service is beyter as well too. Why would I want a store credit if you were dishonest about your product. He calls it special order, I went there on frid evening Tues afternoon it was ready to be delivered. He got that right from the Bx and had it delivered. He is the owner but he's going to pay like he's not! His name is Moe! hes not customer service friendly at all. And the product had stains on the glass, the delivery men said it was bc of the tap. I bubbled wrapped it to drop it off myself and I didn't need to put tape on the actual glass. It was an excuse for everything. The Glass top was to small for the tv stand as well and it slides right off!

Keep driving by ,RUN! I was bamboozled! Moe the mgr. Told me I would be happy and thatbif I had any problems, which I won't he will take care of me. $2800. later..Smh, I was looking for a tv stand and dining table, I was very specific on the quality and product, Moe presents himself as a nice straight foward person, he would even say," I'm don't want your $ I want to give you good product and service" At the end of the day its about the"$$" I ordered these items out of a catalog bc I was told the warehouse couldn't hold much items and he can basically order anything from anywhere and work with some really good vendors w/great product. it took 2 business days for my order! I let the guys set up and during the set up, I saw things that were wrong, I mentioned it. They only spoke spanish. So I called the store, and explained to Moe, the glass top doesn't fit with the tv stand its short and nothing is holding it still so it wouldn't slide. I Didn't need the fire place so I asked to make sure it has shelves in the center instead. He tells me this is how its suppose to look. The dining table glass is heavier than the base, the base is uneven and very fragile. It doesn't adhere to table top so if someone bumps the table or kick the base it would move right from under it..No help, MOE lied amd said they would cone get it and give me credit, but the credit part wasn't mentioned until 2 days later of me calling. I can't see myself purchasing from them again. He told the delivery ppl in spanish, to leave it and sonething else. But I should've known they weren't coming Back. A wk later in loading the items in my car to take back.. Now you know if they can fit in an Odyssey van its horrible.. DON'T PURCHASE! ITS NOT WHAT YOU WANT ONCE ITS IN FRONT OF YOU! it looks like replicas

I just purchased a new home and I needed furniture. Me and my wife went to many furniture store than we stumbled across Signature furniture they had a great variety of things most important they had everything I need in stock oppose to everyone else telling me I have to wait 6-8 weeks and most important Mo the manager over there worked with my budget. I would definitely go back and purchase from there and would definitely recommend all my friends and family thank you Signature for making it a great shopping experience.

This place is absolutely horrible! The owner was so rude and disrespectful!! Went to find bedroom, kitchen, and living furniture and he looked like a complete slob and was so unprofessional. When we asked if he could show us more options of what's in stock he said " you're going to make me do double the work!!" He also told us repeatedly "better decide quickly everything will be 20-30% more expensive tomorrow!!" This place is an absolute disgrace! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE! BEWARE!! If I could give negative stars I would.
