My wife was involved in a serious accident including rolling her SUV and totaling it. Thankfully nobody else was involved, however she spent 5 days in the hospital. Nutchies was the company called to recover the vehicle. After my wife was stable and home, I reached out to Nutchies, specifically a gentleman named Rob. He was very sympathetic to our situation and opened his schedule to ensure I was able to collect all our belongings from the vehicle, on two separate dates. He could have easily charged us for five days of storage but only charged us for one day. In short, thank you Nutchies and Rob for the professionalism and overall great experience under these unfortunate circumstances.

Towing guy tried to push us to use their storage , we said no , asked to tow our truck to our place , he said he’d be back , waited 10-15 mins , he disappeared.

Ridiculous amount to get your car back it's been here for 1 full day and a half and they charge for 3 days. Horrible place.

Came on time but gave one high price over the phone of $250 and then did the quick tow for $275. All the other reviews speak to the quality...

Dude’s a Clown who thinks he’s a tuff guy. Straigth up scammers cant belive there the Official towing service for the police department. Rude disrespectful nasty potty mouth no professionalism at all can’t believe a place like this is in business overprice and they try to charge you for services they didn’t provide.. Avoid this please at all costs….. Oh and only exepts cash no cards. Can’t get any shadier..

This company is a scam and practices fradualent business. They take advantage of people that don't know much about cars. Do not ever use this company and if your car ever gets towed by them do not let them scam you into selling your car to them.

I wish I can give this place 0 Stars because one is too much. EXTREMELY unprofessional, their tow truck driver made a mistake and towed my vehicle when a residential sticker was present and instead of apologizing and allowing me to pick up my vehicle he insisted on cursing. Not only did they make this mistake but the OWNER insisted making threats and coming out with a weapon hiding by his towel cause I was “acting tough on the phone”. Not sure why this place is even allowed to be in business!!

I watched them drag a Chevy pick up out of a driveway in Park, no regard for the owners property... I think their family tree might be a stump. I wouldn't let them near my bicycle let alone my vehicle

These people drive reckless and are insane drivers. I don’t know how they are in business. You are towing an equipment no need to drive reckless. Honking like crazy and cutting people off just because you’re towing company is dangerous. I could tell the type of business this company run.
