After having an appointment cancelled and no luck with two nearby Walgreens pharmacies, I came in to Red Ribbon hoping for better luck. Though they were close to closing time and past when they usually administer vaccines, Hector was generous enough to accommodate me. The whole process was quick, smooth, and easy. “Can’t say enough good things about this place! I stopped in yesterday (Friday Feb 16). Salesperson was so incredibly helpful and patient with me. (I spent at least two hours trying out scooters and chairs, being indecisive and changing my mind 20 times, and he had the patience of a saint.)We finally decided on a scooter to purchase, and within 10 minutes it was fully charged and ready to take out the door.Thank you for making something difficult to accept so easy to accommodate.Amazing experience. It had a defect from shipping and it was immediately replaced with a smile! Rob and the staff are all wonderful. Friendly and accommodating in every way. I couldn't have asked for a better place than at Jay's Uniform (Union City, NJ). As my business grew and my logo simplified from color to just black and white, Jay's Uniform was there to work their magic - they placed the M with the halo on the front of the shirts and the full logo with phone number on the back. “The best customer service in NYC. Sadly, so many of the comments revolve around pepper/mace spray. TM, who complained about the cost should have refused to pay the price, they would have refunded him immediately. This Chemist is about so much more than idiot spray. They contact my Drs. and resolve any issues I may have. Their delivery service is free and to the door. Their counter staff are always friendly and helpful. I wouldn't use any other pharmacy.”

“I completely recommend this place if you are looking for a place to be educated on and to buy your medical supplies. I’ve been coming to this place for years and had the benefit to get to know the staff throughout the years. The registered nurse on staff, Donna, has been there from the day the company opened and is very passionate about helping her customers. Sometimes even too intensely passionate. She has that “old school nurse vibe” where she cares more about your health/safety and helps you problem solve rather than try to sell you something that you don’t need. What I appreciate the most is that she didn’t sugar coat information to me just to make a sale. For example, one time I tried to get compression socks but my insurance is not in network :(. I had every right to go elsewhere to a location that was in network but it was so far away and inconvenient. Instead, I decided to buy the socks and work with my insurance to reimburse the charge. It actually was a lot easier than I realized. Personally, that was more worth my time than having to drive around looking for a place that is in my insurance’s network.Another time, my friend wanted to buy a wheeled walker for her grandmother. Donna took the time to show and explain why getting a wheeled walker walker would be a disaster waiting to happen. She literally showed my friend how easy it would be for her grandmother to fall using such a device based on a medical perspective. My friend ended up learning from Donna and ended up not buying it that day.Overall, the company is great and I’m grateful that there still exists a physical place like this where I can go and get help and education on the medical supplies I need.”
