I recently was recommended to use Main Auto Body in Lodi, NJ for repairs on my Kia, SUV. The customer service I received here was exceptional. The handling of my repairs were quick and very professional. The owners made the entire process seamless and they made me feel comfortable and confident with them. I can't begin to say enough nice things about my experience with Main Auto body... From the moment I dropped off my car , everything was handled with over the top care & professionalism.
Jeremy made me feel like I was in great hands as I dropped off my car & throughout as my car was being repaired. Keeping me updated on status & completion with personal calls & not to mention the extra care & kindness they not only showed me but my car .. taking extra care of a few minor things at an unbelievably generous price. And the work done was outstanding.

I just recently had my sisters Ford Escape repaired at Main Auto Body. I was given a quote of 2 hrs. labor to adjust a drivers door by Jeremy. I could not deliver it to him during the week so he picked it up and delivered it back to her driveway. The problem turned out to be 3 screws missing from the striker plate on the door. When Jeremy called he said it was such an easy fix there would be no charge for labor or for the pick up and delivery. I was amazed. Thank you Jeremy for taking care of your customers and for putting them first instead of the almighty dollar.

Unfortunate experience. Shop did not complete repairs on my car, and car was released to me in an unsafe state (car still had a significant vibration and significant pull to the side).
This issue was described to the shop when dropped off through insurance for repairs following an accident. When I was told repairs were complete and picked up the car, the alignment/vibration issue was still present. Returned the car 10 mins later, the mechanic stated they absolutely agreed the issue was there, but they implied I was lying about the issue being part of this accident, and they would not fix it. The car was then released to me and was still in a state that was unsafe to drive.

Main Auto body is the only place I will take my vehicles for repair
It is also the only business I would recommend to family or friends.
From the time I brought the car in for the estimate until the time I picked it up I was kept informed of the status. Their professionalism and quality of work cannot be beat.

I cannot say enough GREAT things about this company. They repaired my son’s car and they are fantastic! From my initial drop off to pick up everyone was professional and kind. They kept me updated as the car progressed and made me feel so important! Thank you ALL!
