The Laundry Room of Lodi is the worst place to go in Hackensack. The older man that works at night, flirts with some of the women. He doesn’t manage the place at all. I did my laundry there this evening and two middle school kids were running around . I asked the manager, who’s Hispanic to tell the kids to stop running and he refused. I believe because they were hispanic .Also, all the dryers stink.

This place is unattended, the machines are dirty, smelly, don’t work properly, and expensive. Two of the washers I used didn’t centrifuge the clothes, so they were wet and smelly. Some of the dryers smelled like burn which stock to the clothes, plus my comforter got damaged even though I put it with a few blankets. The dirtiness in the washers was disgusting. I washed there because I had no other option because of the time. I put disinfecting liquid in the hope of not getting any microorganisms in my clothes. Not going there in a lifetime. Sadly I didn’t take pictures ?

This laundromat management is the worst.I used the dryer I keeps put my card in, the dryer took my money without adding the time.The guy works there said he can’t refund me for the money I lost, tried reaching out to the owner but I had no response.

This laundromat isn’t cheap by any means… it’s quite busy, I’m sure it has to be generating money. I’m not sure why it’s so filthy, floors never seems to mopped. I’m here in atleast once a week spending $120 for 3 years. The woman that works here literally does nothing behind the desk. She could sweep or mop, something!!!!!Very gross, I’m here to wash me clothes!!! I will not be returning.

Been coming here since 2008 and never had an issue until today. Put my laundry in the washing machine at 6:55am went outside to sit in my car. Came back in at 7:35am to move my load to the dryer only to find that the woman who works there had taken my clothes out already. Strike 1, then she tells me I can't use the dryers closest to the entrance and have to use the ones at the other end of the laundromat because she's going to use all of the ones closest to the entrance strike 2. Meanwhile she never apologized or informed me of any rule that allows her to commender the equipmentstrike 3. Been coming here for 15 year and I doubt I'll ever come back.

Not good old machines not washing well and they charge 2$ for the card. They don’t take back the card and refund it’s robbery it’s a highway robbery unacceptable 3$ left in my card so what will happen i will complain to the authorities

The company was fantastic! They redid the shingles on my home on only one day! My home isn't huge, but not tiny either. I found them very honest and hard working. They cleaned everything up very well afterwards. It looked like they were never there! I recommend them!
