I came to this place for my TPMS replacement. Whoever did it and put back my bolts they screw it on so tight that when I went for tire rotation they were unable to unscrew them and one fell right off broken for how tight they were bolted in. So sad to know that they are careless doing work. Never going back AGAIN.!!!!

Miguel was very helpful and took me in right away. I needed 4 new tires and rims, which he gave me a great deal on, and even threw in tire sensor, which I need three new ones for basically half price. I was in and out within an hour. I would definitely come back to Miguel for any future tire service I need and will recommend him to family and friends. You will not be disappointed.

They lifted my Rav4 off the control arm mount and bent it. Now my car turns left. They denied it. I will not recommend anyone to this store.

They did a good job, quick. Though I have to check the pricing for they ask for when it comes to a tire rotation versus my mechanic. I would still recommend them at least for now in getting a tire.

Waited over 3 hours for roadside assistance from my car insurance just to get air in my tire after a slow leak overnight. Came to J&J tires pretty exhausted from the wait but they were able to patch up my tire in less than 20 minutes without a wait time. Additionally, the customer service provided by Jeff and the rest of the crew was exceptional! Definitely recommend coming here for all your car needs.

I came here after work and to replace my spare tire with a new tire and they tried to upsell me on changing my front and back brake pads. I went ahead and did it and they told me the service would take 40 minutes. 2 hours later my car was returned with a brake system error message and and the manager of the facility told me I gave him the car that way. After a small argument about how gave him my car. He charged me 850 bucks for new brakes, and a new tire and returned my car with error messages. That’s not fulfilling service on my eyes after paying that much. To fix the error message I had to wait 2 more hours for the computer they didn’t have. In those two hours the manager of the facility was texting on his phone in my car messing around with my buttons of the car trying to get rods of the messages coming up in my car system. Again don’t up sell me on service you can’t provide I was about to call the police and file a police report. Please don’t experience what I went through especially as an independent woman coming here getting taken advantage of these men. I wasted time money and patience. You have a better experience at dealerships
