Amazing service! The driver Freddie was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
He went above and beyond to help get my car started. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Freddie today.

Worst Experience of my life. Company stored by car overnight before brining it to the service center since the service center was closed. Next morning my car isn't there after the Service center opened. I called and the Manager said "we don't have your vehicle". I then explained to the manager they towed it the night before. He stated "well I didn't work yesterday" He then told me it will be delivered in a hour. 4 and a half hour later it finally arrives. The Driver stated he drove it onto the flatbed. Which they were told not to since it had no oil in the car. I told him since the car has a body kit make sure to use the ramps when taking the car off. The driver stated he didn't need them. He proceeded to scrap both my tailpipes and my front bumper. I stopped the driver just in time before he ripped my front bumper off. The dealership was in shock!!! The driver stated "its only you tail pipes" The manager I called to speak to stated "at least your car is there" I am still waiting for a call back from the owner a week later which wont happen I'm guessing. Thank god Toyota is investigating and handling all the damage. Stay clear from this company!!!

I contacted AAA when my car wouldn't start due to a failure of the starter. I was given a 1 hour ETA however the Tow truck arrived earlier than that. The driver (Jose) was courteous and diligent. He called me just prior to his arrival, he quickly positioned his truck and swiftly loaded my car without issue. Upon arrival to the destination he assisted in pushing the car into the driveway where i could replace the broken starter.
I was hoping that i'd receive a survey where i could fill out my satisfaction, though i did not ever receive it. Nevertheless, i was completely satisfied with the service provided, and impressed with the manner in which the driver carried himself.

I recently had my car towed by Five Star and the level of service I received was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL!!! The tow driver (Enrique) arrived 45 mins ahead of the pick up window, I couldn't believe my eyes when I got the text notification that he had arrived. Furthermore, he was courtesy, honest and patient! He understood what needed to happened at the drop off point and provided world class service delivering my vehicle. I know I'm reviewing a towing company with all my high kudos, however, this company stands out for the amazing service I received...., truly a Five Star towing company, no pun intended.

Five Star Towing gets five stars from me. I had a difficult situation that required the car be moved laterally about 1-car length prior to getting the car on the flat bed. The driver with some trickery and stealth (physics and a pulley) was able to move the car into position to get it onto the truck.

My recent ordeal with Five Star Towing was nothing short of a nightmare, marked by blatant dishonesty, extortionate practices, and a total lack of professionalism. This company's business model seems to revolve around scamming customers and operating with zero accountability.
The first red flag was their cash-only policy. Upon inquiring about payment methods, I was curtly informed that they only accept cash—no checks, no credit cards. The employee brazenly stated, "We like to secure our bag." This shady demand for untraceable cash payments is a clear indication of their dubious intentions and an attempt to avoid any accountability or paper trail.
My vehicle was towed by these scammers under suspicious circumstances. When I called to arrange the pickup of my Mercedes Benz S63 from their tow yard, I was told I'd have to wait until Monday because the boss doesn't work weekends. This absurd policy demonstrates a gross lack of customer service and consideration. It's evident that Five Star Towing operates on their own terms, with no regard for their customers' convenience.
The most outrageous aspect of this ordeal was the blatant attempt to overcharge me. Despite a prominently displayed sign stating a $150 towing fee plus $50 per day for storage, the employee initially quoted me an outrageous $850. When I challenged him with the advertised rates, he reluctantly called me back to "correct" himself. This deceptive practice is a clear attempt to exploit customers and squeeze as much money out of them as possible.
The breakdown of their fees was equally appalling. In addition to the towing fee, I was hit with an inexplicable "trolley fee," a redundant "storage fee," and a "yard fee." The distinction between storage and yard fees is non-existent, and these charges appear to be arbitrarily invented to inflate the total cost. Such unscrupulous behavior is a testament to their greed and lack of ethical standards.
To make matters worse, my luxury vehicle was parked under a tree in their tow yard. This careless placement exposed my car to potential damage from falling debris or bird droppings, revealing a complete disregard for the vehicles under their care. Parking a high-end car like a Mercedes Benz S63 in such conditions is not only unprofessional but also shows their utter disrespect for their customers' property.
Five Star Towing epitomizes the worst aspects of the towing industry, characterized by deceit, exorbitant fees, and a flagrant disregard for customer service. Their cash-only policy, coupled with their attempt to overcharge and the poor handling of my vehicle, paints a picture of a company that thrives on unethical practices. I strongly urge anyone in need of towing services to avoid Five Star Towing at all costs. Save yourself the headache and financial exploitation by steering clear of this disreputable company.

The worst towing company I have ever seen. The driver was hot from the area he told me he was from pa. When I tried to tell him how to go he said he had to use gps and it took me 10 miles away from my house. He refused to listen to me. The inside of the truck was filthy it looked like it was never cleaned since day. Horrible company I refuse to ever use them again and I will tell everyone I know not to use them. And I was in the auto repair for 30 years.
