I love this place and the employees they are very helpful and respectful they got out there way sometimes to please the customers and for those complaing bout the store closeing mins early stop waiting last last min to go shopping they have lives just like you just a thought

The staff in this store are great very friendly and helpful all the time. My only issue is that 8 out of 10 times they close earlier then what is posted on the door. If the times have changed just update the sign and website. I don't drive to that's a wasted lyft trip that is not cheap and then I'm forced to shop at 7 11 and spend twice the money.

Was in the family dollar back in November 2022 and a rude and obnoxious employee approached me as I was searching for cat litter and started to verbally harass me saying that I had issues with him earlier in the day, he actually startled me as I was on my cell phone. At first I had thought it was a joke as I had seen him working there before but he continued to yell at me saying that I had called him names earlier in the day and he kept saying I was in the store 4 times that day even though I did not step foot into the store until approximately 5:45PM eastern time. Plus I never had any issues with any of the employees in the store before. I told him politely that he was mistaken that it was not me but he insisted that he recognized my voice. I told him to please take a look at the cameras as I was not the person he had an argument with but he aggressively said how would I know if there were any cameras and proceeded to yell at me to leave the premises and was not allowed to shop there any longer. Completely shocked, scared and flustered I left the store and I am NOT going back. I contacted Family Dollar headquarters via phone along with a written complaint and also made a written complaint to their facebook page. I never heard back nor any apology from them. HORRIBLE! I truly believe that this employee is most likely harassing other customers as well as I saw another review and the photo of that particular employee that harassed me was posted!

Close hours at this store is at 10pm. Arrived at 9:43 and they were closed. Drove here for nothing, next time don’t put 10pm when you guys close earlier.

I never thought I would review a family dollar but as many previous reviews stated the customer service is phenomenal. The staff is very welcoming and always willing to help. They will go out of their way to help you search for an item. They are very personable and will engage in conversation at checkout. They are quick and efficient. I absolutely love coming to this store - the customer service and prices keep me coming back.

Very nice guy who works there. Very helpful. Don't know his name. But it he is was working on the Monday shift at 5 p.m. if that helps. Nice products ... Fairly priced. Great Christmas decorations!! ?

Stores in 3rd world countries are cleaner than this store. And the carpet cleaner smell in the store is nauseating. What a dump.
