Owning a company that is reliant on equipment working when it is supposed to is always a challenge. When a sewer line inspection camera goes down it is an immediate loss of revenue. I am extremely pleased with Marc at Dynamic Repairs. Having used them on several occasions where an immediate turnaround was necessary, they are always there and always exceed expectations. Highly recommend!!!

Fast turn around time. Gen-Eye inspection camera , needed a re-termination, Marc did an excellent job and solved the problem in no time.

What a great service. Full-service company, commercial repair shop. Me and my family have worked with Marc for several years. He has been very reliable, and great on the eyes.Last week i came in with the rigid unit, which was down with a cable issue, Marc was able to accommodate and take me in on very short notice and fix it. Back to work!!Much appreciated!!

Of course my husband kinked his Ridgid camera on the day we needed it most ! Luckily I found Marc online! Not only did he have me back on the road within an hour, he was able use original ridgid parts! He’s also really good looking !

The staff at dynamic camera repair or great ! It's always a pleasure bringing our equipment to get fixed they take you in right away and get your equipment fixed as soon as possible. They take the time to check the equipment to see if there's any other underlying issues or issues you may have going forward and provide you with pricing before any work starts. We've had zero issues with any of the repairs on our equipment from dynamic. I highly recommend this place for all your camera equipment repairs.

Very pleased with the 120 ft of new line for Ridgid Compact camera.I sent the camera in Monday morning and had it by Saturday morning and at a price that was very reasonable. Highly recommend this company.

What can you say about Marc? First of all, sending your camera to Ridgid for warranty service would take months to get back so that's kind of off the table. The first thing I found out was that he got back to me in about 5 minutes, (nearly unheard of these days). I had to wait a day or two before I could get to his shop. His hours ended at 4 but he told me he would wait for me. I left my shop immediately and arrived at 4:15 expecting to drop my camera off for pickup another day. Marc told me to hang tight for an hour and he would do the repair right then. After 45 minutes he texted me that the repair was done. He treated me like I treat my clients. I was kind of surprised to be honest. What a great find. I found out that several people I know actually use Marc for their repairs as well. If I could give a 6th star I would. We chatted for a bit and I found out a bit more about Marc. I really enjoyed chatting with him. He fixed my equipment so I can continue making money with it rather than waiting for factory repair. He had the parts necessary in stock which was another surprise. If you need your sewer camera repaired, this is THE place to go. Yes it cost me some money but if I had to send it out somewhere else the shipping and down time would have been extensive. I was thrilled to pay the bill and have my equipment in production. Marc, you have my business from here on out. I hope I don't need your services too often, but when I do you have a customer for the long term. Keep up the GREAT work.Brian
