The staff was very helpful and although the pharmacy was busy my prescription was ready. Store was clean and staff looked extremely clean and acted professionally.

Phone service is absolutely horrible!! No one picks up at all. I am not able to drive to this location. It is a simple question regarding a prescription and no one ever picked up the phone. The employees there are setting up this location to fail. I do not want or need to download this app. I just had a general question regarding my aunts prescription and it was a nightmare with the automated system.

Would give a zero ir possible. Please just shut this location down. Telling you prescription is ready to show up and be told they don't even have it in. People are dependent on certain medications and it's a risk to the health of people promising necessary medications they don't have. Minimum of 30-45 minute wait in person, the drive thru, or even get someone on the phone. And can go 3 days after being told it's filled and still told it's being processed

I’m not a big CVS fan I prefer Walgreens or Rite Aid but this location is very clean and more modern then most CVS stores. The cashier was friendly and the lines were not long. I’m not sure why the reviews here are so bad maybe the pharmacy sucks I’m not sure.

I went to a CVS in Lodi, NJ. I went to the vitamins department. There was a sale buy one CVS Vitamins and get one free. Most of the selections were empty. I asked an employee if she could substitute one for a CVS vitamin that there were no more on the shelves. She told me no and to get two of the same. I didn't need 2 of the same vitamins. The sale says mix and match. I was told no substitute.

I work in the healthcare field so I understand that they are probably short staffed and doing the best they can. However, it is completely unacceptable that I’m waiting 30+ minutes on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone to an urgent matter. That is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Terrible service, I've been waiting for some ear drops for 2 weeks and nothing arrived and they tell me it's not available ??so I'll switch to Walgreens because they are the worst thing about that pharmacy...
