Frankly, my parents went in today, extremely unprofessional setting. They felt uncomfortable with the way the Spanish lady spoke to them , very loud and non private at all. Very disrespectful and unprofessional setting. Obviously going into opening an account with them shouldn’t be everybody's business. Speaking loudly and so sassy isn’t right. No wonder there is so many bad reviews here. I only give it one star because Liliam is the only nice one there, we didn’t have a bad experience when she helped out my mom the other time. Without her nobody would go. This time she wasn’t there .

I have called this branch a total of 4 times in the space of an hour and 45 minutes and I have yet to speak to a real person with answers. The automated system isn't recognizing my social or card number which is a problem in and of itself! When someone finally picked up, she was not from the branch and could not assist me.I've had no choice but to use this location since they've closed the branch in Englewood. The branch in Fort Lee has limited parking and it isn't free. What's the purpose of having a phone if you aren't going to pick it up?This is quite frustrating!

I give it 4 stars because of the fact that it exists because they are getting pretty scarce which id inconvenient when you need to make a cash deposit.

I had my accounts with this bank since it first opened and am in the process of moving all monies to Lakeland Bank. Capital One does not value their customers and don't care about fixing the mistakes they make with transactions. I wish there were a manager to speak with but there is never anyone around. This bank is the worst.

The staff is very unprofessional and unapologetic even after they've been notified of their poor behaviour. In fact, it's lack of common sense. I witnessed a teller exclaim after she received a customer's cash withdrawal slip, "YOU WANT TO TAKE $xx,xxx OUT?!!!!" so everyone in the bank could hear. Really, you can't make this up. The customer was upset and responded by saying something like, "wow, thank you for making that announcement". The teller didn't seem to be concerned. She then explained in a reprimanding way that they didn't have enough money for the customer's request today and that the customer should've called ahead of time to have this ready. The customer then responded that they had tried to call and no one ever picks up the business phone at this branch. The teller acknowledged that no one picks up because they get busy. Amazing. For me mainly, I am grateful that there is a branch and ATM close for the limited times I need them though perhaps going to another branch might be safer than having a teller yell out your business. Imagine the danger it could put someone in.

A "pretend" bank! That's on top of the nastiness of the branch personnel! But the branch simply can't do anything that a real bank would do, even simple, basic stuff like opening a new account, closing an account, switching an account to one paying higher interest, nothing. Except cash in or cash out of an existing account, but even that can be a miserable experience. One of the scams Capital One runs is not allowing a depositor to get the highest available interest on another 360 account if they already have the lower interest paying account, which constitutes false and deceptive business practices, if not outright fraud. Customers with disabilities are offered zero accommodations, which violates federal ADA law, and if they can't use the bank's app, are told by branch personnel that that's their problem. What's in your wallet? Dog doody, a stab in the back, and zero appreciation for your business, if you bank at Capital One/Lodi!

I have banked with capital one since they were trust company...over 20 years. I have stayed because of the incredible customer service I experienced at the Ridgewood and Rutherford branches. They always went the exta mile and treated me like family. Since I moved to the Lodi branch area, I have experienced the opposite at this branch. This is just business for them. I have now lived here for 2 years, I don't know anyone's name, I knew everyone by name at my other branches. This branch, they spend more time talking to each other and moving at their own pace...while we are waiting in long lines with 5-6 tellers working..rediculous. But today finished me off. I raced to get to the bank before closing...pulling in at exactly 5pm. They were just locking the door, I ran up and pleaded to cash a check that I promised my daughter...they shrugged me off saying it was impossible because all 6 tellers had already shut down their computers. Zero effort to accommodate a customer who clearly rushed and made it to the parking lot before the doors were locked. I'm seriously considering moving to another bank after over 2 decades...because I prefer to be treated like I matter. I'm sure they won't miss me! And it's a shame, because when I visit my old branches on occasion, they do miss me, ask about my kids and my dogs...truly different experience. Btw...if the tables were turned, I would have opened the door and helped any one of them. SMH.

Went in today to try see if they had temporary checks since I ordered checks but I need one today. They do not offer. So I decide to just take out $40 with my debit card and pin. The representative was having side bar conversation the whole time with co workers and speaking in Spanish as well. Said he couldn’t do it because my id expired few days ago and I have the print out of DmV that I reorder just waiting in mail. For a long time customer of bank I think they could of tried to help me. The only option said I can use atm. If I can take out $40 from atm with debit why couldn’t they help me. Also bedsides that I called branch 5 times prior to coming to ask about temporary checks, and had no answer. My whole point is the customer service is horrible. I’m a branch manager at WF and will not allow that type of service to my long time customer.

I really don't go into Capitol One Bank. However, most of the staff are polite enough. I like that they have a drive-through and an ATM outside the bank.

Extremely poor customer service. The tellers have awful attitudes. They are not informative of any of the account benefits. This has to be the worse capital one branch I have visited. Someone in corporate really needs to look into this bank , their employee training and customer service ( or lack there of ). Currently searching for a better branch within the Area.

I have lots of patience, especially if I notice a serious situation going on within the lobby, but this wasn’t within the lobby it was outside. I notice you have five people within the office. One women outside and another 4 behind the glass to man the desk. You call one outside with two women behind the glass. You have about 4 to 5 customers lined up waiting to be serviced while something serious is going on outside. I work in customer service. You are suppose to keep the flow going customers in and out. A man ask what’s going?! The manager or who ever is in charge replies with an attitude. She replies you can’t see we have situation outside. Does it take 5 people to stop and take care of situation outside. No, because the ambulance, police officer, as well as another paramedic pulls up to assist the one man who needed help. One or two of you could be outside assisting, you have your other three employees man the desk, assist the 5 customers lined up. You can’t trust your employees to man the desk while you’re outside taking care of the situation. You continue to keep things flowing with positive attitude. It seems to me you had attitude with customers as well as your employees. I am going to pray for the man who needed medical assistance outside of this branch, but this branch needs more respect, people skills, and more of positive attitude keep the flow with employees and customers. The man who ask for assistance in the lobby didn’t have attitude. He politely asked what’s going on?! Is everything okay?! Your reply was disrespectful with nasty attitude of a reply. This is why I rated you with three stars. I notice a lot of people don’t have polite customer service skills and they don’t need to work at job were you are servicing people or employees. They have such negative vibe about themselves and you spread that through out the office, and with customers. If I can avoid this branch I will try but of course they closed the capital One near my town now I have to come into Lodi branch. If I have to drive further out I will. I am not going to have anyone give me attitude when I am not giving you one or to even witness it with fellow customer.

I have tried to take out money since last week from the ATM, but it’s not working, it’s empty. I don’t know what is the problem that they have. The only function that ATM allow you is “View Balance”. Also door inside are closed.
