Worse experience I have had. There was ZERO concern or assistance given for a dangerous situation that Budget put us in.

Eventhough I was supposed to be in quickbreak lane but they deny me that and I had to spend 1 hours and half to get my car. Additionally while driving the rental car i discovered that the wipers are broken apart and it was very unsafe situation. Plus the water sign was red and no one took care of it. Very bad review.

The cars were given to us in a filthy state, besides that the car works. Service is terrible. The clerk woman was quite rude and was not amicable in answering our questions. The inside of the building had garbage everywhere and looked exactly like level in the backrooms. Will not be coming back here.
