Timmy made an unpleasant chore of selling my mother’s gold rather pleasant. He showed the whole valuation process and gave a fair price. I have already recommended him to my friends.

Hours listed as 1-5pm. Hit traffic and got there at 4:45pm. Locked up tight. Cases empty. Sign says to "knock" which I did loudly. No one there. Waste of 20 minute drive (each way).

I received a 22k gold ornamental turtle as a gift and wanted to sell it for cash. I've never sold gold for cash before so I was very waryand skeptical. After much research, I decided to sell my gold at Bergen County Gold & Diamonds in Lodi. Tim, the owner, was professional, honest and patient. He answered all of my questions and was very fair with pricing. I never met the guy but felt like we were old friends. Next time, I will be a buyer of his jewelry. Tim is also a wine expert and connoisseur.

I had a very good experience when I went and it was only my first time. I was looking for a place to sell my gold but no one would give me the money I wanted for the value of the gold. I met Ricardo when I came in to look and he convinced me of something I hadn't thought about. He convinced me to convert the Gold from a chain to a hand guillo and a foot guillo. I loved the experience. I'll be back soon and I'll tell my friends.

My husband and I have worked with Timmy several times to sell coins and jewelry over the past few years. Timmy is very respectful fair, and honest, and always takes the time to explain his process for evaluating the items. He took the time to answer all of our questions, and we learned something new every time we stopped by. No matter how big or small the transaction was, Timmy was always willing to make time for us. Timmy was able to accommodate our schedules to find a time to meet with us, and he is even available on weekends by appointment. We would definitely recommend Bergen County Gold & Diamonds!

I was looking for a place to appraisesome old family jewelry and picked Bergen County Gold & Diamond because of the several good reviews I had read. They were not wrong!! Timmy was so kind, both over the phone and in person, and took his time to answer all my questions and offered advice when asked. He even appraised a piece of jewelry I wasn’t looking to sell which was so kind of him. He never made me feel bad for asking questions, was very respectful, and I felt totally comfortable just chatting with him. I will definitely be back!

Im writing this review right after i just did a deal with timmy the owner… great experience overall was fantastic…i just came to sell a chain i had sitting in my house but he went out of his way to explain how gold and its value worked…Was even kind enough to show me some beautiful pieces hes been working on. if you want to sell some pieces of jewelry that you dont use anymore for some quick cash i recommend this place and will definitely come back to buy some pieces here.
