I previously contacted this company after submitting an online application, but I did not receive any response. When I called, I spoke to Mike, the owner. Initially, he was very rude and dismissive of my situation. He asked for the make and model of the car I was interested in, but I wanted to know if my application was approved first. He didn't answer my question and completely ignored me when I mentioned that I was new to this process. I even provided my credit score over the phone, to which he rudely responded that it wasn't sufficient. Based on my experience, I would advise anyone to go to another dealership. If this is how the owner behaves, it reflects poorly on the entire business.

I’m so impressed with Bergen Car Company I had to write a review (which I almost never do.) After looking at cars at a few different dealers only to find that that advertised price was only if you finance, or only after you put a certain percentage down, I found a car I was interested in and went to Bergen. It’s hard to find reliable, honest car dealers anymore, but these guys are the real deal. From start to finish, they were straightforward, helpful and very pleasant to deal with. There wasn’t a single “catch,” and I love my new car. I recommend them enthusiastically!

After much frustration trying to by a car in the area, most dealerships added whopping fees or high interest rates stating you don't have an 800 credit score or the cars were over-priced and a lot not well maintained. I decided to do this differently, researched a reputable used car dealership first, then check their lot for the car I wanted. Bergen Car Company was it! No double talk, straight to the numbers, all shown to you before signing, immediately address a small issue with the car. Needless to say very happy with my purchase. I worked with Diego and the Owner both were attentive and responsive. Kudos to their Front desk lady, sorry forgot her name but got the job done.

Purchased a 2015 Q50 from them the car was in excellent condition when picked up f every thing was very clean. The employees are very straightforward and don’t want to waste your time. A couple problems happened with the car but all the repairs were fully covered by the dealership and the warranty that they offer. Would definitely recommend this dealership.
