I had the pleasure of working with Cleon as my financial advisor at Wells Fargo, and I couldn't be more impressed with his expertise and professionalism. Cleon guided me through the process of rolling over my 401k from Merrill Lynch with ease and efficiency. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about financial matters, but he also took the time to understand my specific needs and goals.
What truly stood out to me was Cleon's friendly and personable demeanor. He made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process, patiently addressing all my questions and concerns. Cleon's dedication to providing excellent service is evident in every interaction I had with him.
Thanks to Cleon's expert guidance, I now feel confident about my financial future. I highly recommend Cleon to anyone seeking sound financial advice and exceptional service. Thank you, Cleon, for your outstanding assistance!

Went to my Livingston NJ branch of Wells Fargo for assistance learning how to wire money using the WF app. Marky Picard was so very nice and helpful and I appreciated his assistance and kindness so much!

I went in before work to make a deposit. Usually I do it through the machine. It was bot busy at all. When the lady offered to assist me, I walked up and gave my info. She then asked, "So Nicole, is there anything else I can help you with?" This is my biggest pet peeve. I hate when I go into a business or call over the phone and the worker calls me by my first name as though we are friends.

I haven't had any issues with this particular branch, although they have been super pushy at times when trying to get me to sign up for their credit cards, loans, etc. They likely get some type of commission and their stats improve for the region based on how many upgrades, etc. they can manage, but I am not into being sold up like that. I know it can work, particularly when customers don't frequent the Internet or would like to have someone take the time to speak with them and explain things, but I don't fit that demographic. Thus, I recommend just making it super clear that you are aware of your options, and will consider them if necessary in the future on your on accord if you also don't want to be pushed into something you don't want. Otherwise, I have been a loyal Wells Fargo customer (forced because of the Wachovia acquisition - haha) for almost fifteen years. I have fared fine at this branch and think it is fairly comparable to all other Wells Fargo bank branches -- but I do notice that they tend to profile other customers. I do not appreciate this and think it is intolerable so I have deducted a couple stars for both that and for the pushiness.
