“I worked with Valerie who helped me pick out a beautiful Tacori Ring and wedding band. I had my own solitaire already but that's didn't stop them from providing outstanding service. She worked with me on getting the rings by the time I needed them and also had us back after the engagement to verify ring fitment for my fiancee. She then was able to show my fiancee a couple of options for my wedding band. We ended up getting a platinum Tacori wedding band. Everything progressed perfectly smoothly and Adler's kept me in the loop about where things stood with my ring order. They were professional and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend Adler's to anyone looking for heirloom jewelry and outstanding service.”

“My engagement ring prongs needed repair, I was able to get help as a walk-in quickly and for a very good price! I had been quoted much higher for a complete replacement of prongs elsewhere. Here the manager didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need and did a simple repair instead, although did advise to get prong replacement in the future. I'll certainly be back for other repairs!”
