This store's a mess. First of all unless it's peak hours, there's no one working the check out line. That's right, after you've done your shopping the most tedious part of your excursion is finding someone to take your money. And since there's no self checkout, you're going to need to find an employee to assist you. Easier said than done. They're usually busy stocking shelves or cleaning the store, if you can find someone at all. Last night I was stuck there for a full 15 minutes waiting for someone to give my money to. I know it's difficult to find reliable help these days but c'mon, paying is a basic and perhaps most important part of retail. There are two well staffed CVS stores in close proximity and while I can easily find fault in both, paying is never an issue. 2 stars because they have a good selection and the store is neat.

The staff at walgreens need to know how to talk to a customer and this store is known to racial profiling people of color.

If I could zero stars I would. I left my license there. (My fault). I received a call from a shift leader and was told it would be in the safe and any employee can get it. The manager Therrisa claims she looked for it and can't find it in the safe. I went three times. I asked her if that means an employee stole it and she said yes. No apology no sympathy and when I mentioned I will need to fill out a police report she said fine. I know I left it there but geez to admit that an employee stole it and to show no remorse means she doesn't care about the customer. Go to CVS down the road.

The pharmacy is incredibly inefficient, rude, and unhelpful. I had a prescription sent over from urgent care for my child's ear infection at 7:37 pm. I had to call them the following day at 2:20 pm and only then did they start filling the prescription. There was no apology from the staff about having to wait for a basic medication that was in stock. The store itself is fine, but I have never had a positive experience with the pharmacy for any medication

very worst customer service. a problem with almost every prescription. transferr all my prescriptions. Tired of waiting on hold for over 10 minutes and call being dropped 3 times

Worst run pharmacy ever. They do not care one bit about how long you need to wait. Worst customer service of any pharmacy I've ever used. I have yet to leave this pharmacy without being upset or angry, and I've been there a dozen times (each time promising I'll never go back.). This is not a reflection on Walgreen's overall as I love the Walgreen's pharmacy in Long Hill (closer to where I used to live). They are great there. If you are in Livingston, I recommend the CVS on Mt. Pleasant. Stay away from this one unless you have time to wait for no apparent reason and want to feel like you are invisible and don't matter.

Worst pharmacy ever! Staff is rude, especially the Pharmacy Manager. They gave me medicine I no longer take once and just now did not mix my sons medicine (they gave my powder when it's supposed to be a liquid) and now I have to go back.Plus their hours are terrible.Do not recommend this location at all.

I scheduled a vaccine for my family for Saturday and was told to reschedule my vaccines the next day. When I came in the next day, my dad was waiting for 30 minutes and was still not entertained by the staff. And the staff said they were understaffed. She kept entertaining all the customers coming in and not taking 5 minutes of her time to give the shots. It’s unacceptable to be rebooked another date and not be helped. This is my first time reviewing. And I would not have done it unless I was extremely disappointed.

While some items out of stock, it feels like they try to cram as much as possible into the store for different varieties plus the generic Walgreens brand items. Stopped here for some blister help which I found in the back by the pharmacy.Lots of specials for the holidays and deals on candy, etc. Checkout was efficient, store was nearly empty.

I made an appointment for 10:50 for a flu shot. I am still waiting to be processed at 11:25. If there was a kiosk I could input the information faster than this clerk. She clearly is unorganized and not capable of moving patients through to get a simple flu shot. It should not take an hour to get a flu shot and this is why people don’t bother.

Heartless pharmacists. They think nothing of telling someone to wait an hour rather than just putting some pills in a bottle and giving it to you.Why would anyone go there? Livingston Pharmacy is the best. Kind, caring, helpful service.

I want to say I went to 4 different Walgreens (Orange, East Orange. West Orange and Livingston) and this one was by far the best Walgreens. I was helped by a wonderful pharmacist. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to help me. Pricilla I want to thank you for the time you took to help, I appreciate your hard work. Plus it was easy to find a parking spot the store is well managed and organized.
