I lost my phone and went to Livingston Verizon store. Maria and the store manager were very helpful in answering my problem and even help me call the customer service. Maria was so patient with me. The service was great!

I've been a Verizon customer for 20 years and the service I received on May 1st from the Manager Keith at the Verizon store in Livingston was 100%what customer service is all about when I left the store I was a very satisfied customer Thank you Keith for all you do to make Verizon the best carrier out here you are the Best!!!

Solid help from John there today. The phone support deregistered me, then needed me to reset a pin on the very app that was deregistered on .... So yeah, not helpful. This isn't a corporate store so they can't help with all the reset but John helped me get to a level 2 technician. That helped speed up the process tremendously. And then he helped me review my account for deals and managing the next upgrade cycle. Thanks! Located in the Livingston Mall near the Barnes and Noble.

The representatives at this store was outstanding professional and cared about my Verizon needs. They were patience and I appreciate their professionalism. Keith and the young man who assisted him was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding my Apple Watch. I am always pleased with this team and know they will be truthful regarding my services so I can make the best decision. They certainly represent Verizon excellently.

5/5 !! Customer service was amazing, they catered to not only me but to everyone, they explained everything thoroughly and even made us all feel comfortable! I highly recommend you guys go there! It will be worth you while and you won't have to wait too long for anything.

Worst experience ever, the manager Keith is very unprofessional. Made our Christmas shopping a nightmare! After you pay you’re on your own, he won’t answer calls, messages, nothing ! We waited two weeks for a SIM card that was always in stock, he forgot to order one phone and lied about waving activation fee. I’m mad I didn’t check the reviews before going, usually I do. In total we spent 10+ hours at the store. Be aware !Edited to respond to @Victra. Why would I waste my time emailing you when I see so many other bad reviews about the manager and he STILL works there.

I just changed my service from prepaid to postpaid and stopped at this store for my transaction. I was served by Keith Young who is the store manager at this location. He was extremely helpful, we had some issues with transferring the data from my old phone to my new Pixel and he was very patient during the whole process. It took us longer than expected but he made sure I felt taken care off the whole time. I was pleased with the whole experience. Thanks Keith for your kindness and great customer service skills.

ZERO stars for Keith ...The "manager" Keith is very unprofessional and extremely rude. My Phone was "activated" at the store and I didn't have any service for days. Keith did nothing to resolve my issue and made it seem like I was inconveniencing him after he stated he would resolve the issue. He also told me "I have a life and can't assist you, call 611!" Not sure how he is the manager.5 Stars for John....In other news John was EXTREMELY helpful, pleasant and patient. He took the time to resolve my issue and concerns. John should be the store manager...he deserves a promotion clearly.

Went in to get a prepaid sim, after taking far longer than was promised it would take, just before I went to pay the salesperson said “oh I forgot to mention there is an extra $30 fee”, in the process of trying to get it waved, another person walked in the store and the salesperson went and started to serve them. I walked out in disgust. Avoid this place if you want good customer service.
