I couldn't have chosen to update my new phone today without the incredible help, patience, and expertise of the store reps who were rockstars today, Aleudys and Ben. These two were so kind and diligent in helping me to update my very old phone to a new one. Sometimes customer service jobs are thankless and arduous experiences for everyone involved, but these two were gems today. Aleudys gave me all of the information needed to make a wise decision in my update and patiently guided me through the transfer process. Ben's expertise helped to guide when the process hit some hurdles. All in all, to be helped by either of these reps will be a good experience for the customer and the company.

I lost my phone and went to Livingston Verizon store. Maria and the store manager were very helpful in answering my problem and even help me call the customer service. Maria was so patient with me. The service was great!

I've been a Verizon customer for 20 years and the service I received on May 1st from the Manager Keith at the Verizon store in Livingston was 100%what customer service is all about when I left the store I was a very satisfied customer Thank you Keith for all you do to make Verizon the best carrier out here you are the Best!!!

Keith and John were absolutely amazing and they were welcoming. I suggest if you really want prime customer service run do not walk and go to see them.
