I use this UPS location pretty frequently for dropping off packages and always had a good experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's very convenient, not too much wait time.

Unfortunately I can't give zero stars. Everyone here is absolutely incompetent and seemed to have zero interest in doing their jobs. How hard is it for UPS to package a simple jar and mail it. You'd think hey that's exactly what they do! Not here they don't. Avoid if you actually want something accomplished.

As others mentioned, the staff is rude and they nickel and dime you. Gave me attitude for suggesting $2 for a strip of tape was a wee bit much.

This specific location wants to charge for UPS packs when shipping through UPS. These are plastic envelopes that there for shipping. Any other location or FedEx give you basic packs and boxes for free. Not this franchisee. Gauging customers by charging for free supplies. Even employees are corrected and told not to and they get surprised

The UPS store in Livingston NJ is by far the worst shop I’ve been in. They make you pay to tape a box up. The manager was rude as so was I. It’s a corporate thing we have to charge you. Insane

Jenny, Allen, Noah were super nice and really supportive! I made a mistake with my packaging but they tried to help to their best abilities and called several coworkers for support. in the end, the issue got resolved! Thank you guys so much, you guys are the best!!

The people here are friendly, and I've never had any issues. I use them mainly to return my Amazon packages and to occasionally ship packages.

Whenever I go to Livingston UPS, the manager Josh helps me a lot. Presently we all are facing labor shortage. So, we all need to have patience. Store owners face several challenges when running this business. If you are having trouble, please talk to the manager. I ask all my customers to come and talk to me directly, so that we can help. Also, UPS is one the companies that is not robotic. You will have direct contact with the customer service associates. It is not right to post someone’s picture on social media without their permission. Always remember arguing solves nothing, communication is the key to every problem. I’m not sure why there’s so many negative reviews, I go here all the time to drop off packages. Sure there’s a line sometimes, but with limited employees, what do you expect? They’re always friendly to me. But I don’t argue/start arguments with them as I’ve seen others do. Some people are just too entitled. This is a good place with good employees.

I'm kind of scared of some of the reviews.. Just returned three Amazon packages with no problems. First time, so I was kind of slow looking through my phone to scan. Female personnel was friendly and fast.

Rip OFF!!! Amazon said return ur item without packing. This store said u must tape up ur box . They charge you $2 for one strip of taping. Rip offfff
