I don’t normally leave reviews but after visiting this location I had to. I was shocked by some of the other (negative) reviews because my experience couldn’t reflect the opposite more. I was in the area and decided to drop off some amazon returns and ship out a package instead of at the store closer to my house. This Friday I was greeted with excellent customer service, efficient and helpful employees, plus a short wait time despite a long line. While all of the staff I met were nothing less than fantastic; the cashier with dark brown hair and glasses was so incredibly nice, I’m truly impressed with her multitasking abilities. I would absolutely go out of my way to visit again.

I’m here to get a paper notarized and the person who was supposed to be here at 2:00pm and it’s 2:30 and they are still not here this is the unprofessional experience I have had in a long time. They suck

I use this UPS location pretty frequently for dropping off packages and always had a good experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's very convenient, not too much wait time.

Stay away from this UPS store.Poor customer service and will over charge you.It's so bad that your better off going to the south orange or east hanover UPS location.

Unfortunately I can't give zero stars. Everyone here is absolutely incompetent and seemed to have zero interest in doing their jobs. How hard is it for UPS to package a simple jar and mail it. You'd think hey that's exactly what they do! Not here they don't. Avoid if you actually want something accomplished.

As others mentioned, the staff is rude and they nickel and dime you. Gave me attitude for suggesting $2 for a strip of tape was a wee bit much.

This specific location wants to charge for UPS packs when shipping through UPS. These are plastic envelopes that there for shipping. Any other location or FedEx give you basic packs and boxes for free. Not this franchisee. Gauging customers by charging for free supplies. Even employees are corrected and told not to and they get surprised
