Disgusting service. Treat this country with respect, and stop violating USPS policies. Management - fire these employees. a horrible terrible staff exists here. Disgraceful.

I had probably the best experience than every other post office I’ve been to. The woman that helped me, Sandy, had phenomenal customer service and went above and beyond. Next time I have to go to the post office again, I’ll be coming to this location and hopefully Sandy is the one that helps me out!

The positive: there were no people there when I came in.Negative: the person who works there doesn’t know basic things about his job.I was ending a package to Ukraine worth $150. When I asked if it postage was insured, he said - “oh, I guess. Up to $100 I think” I asked if there is a way to know for sure? He said “I would have to go all the way back” It turns out it was. Up to $200. I send packages once every year and I know this (I just wanted to make sure it’s still the case). And he “had had to go all the way back”. It’s a standard for all the international packages sent via priority…When we were over, I asked if there was a tracking number and he said -no, only ID on customs. And of course, there is a tracking number, it’s on the receipt. This dude is about to retire in couple of weeks (I overheard from conversation), so he worked here for years and can’t give be basic information right?I hope they hire someone who can learn basic things when this dude retires.

Not so convenient hours: Open Monday-Friday 9am-2pm, 3:15-4pm. They close from 2-3:15 for lunch.

Julian is a ray of sunshine. He packed my prepaid return label for me and took the time to get the tracking number for me after my printer ran out of ink.

Julian was having a full blown conversation with the man behind me in line while he was processing my shipping. I noticed later that day when going to inform my customers of their tracking numbers that Julian generated 2 labels to be scanned and shipped to the same destination when in fact it was 2 separate destinations. Julian can not multi-task. He never asked me to verify the address before printing the label as most Postal services do, instead he verifies it by pressing the 'Yes' button for you on the consumer terminal, he does this to short cut the process. He is not efficient at all. If you operate a small business, the USPS on Mt. Pleasant is much more efficient than this location on Northfield. This has cost my small business more of a loss than just the shipping cost.

The worker at the front counter has a real attitude problem. I couldn’t even ask a question without getting an attitude back. Don’t try and belittle anyone, specially a customer! Don’t like your job? Then quit and give someone else an opportunity to provide real customer service. Take your attitude and …..

Stopped by here to send mail and they were closing. I left my stamped letter but their hours seem really light compared to other branches. Seems they do more processing work here than counter work.

I shipped through Usps for many years but this one is the worst, I was asked to take off the label I printed and to put it in the middle of the box, weird thing to me, never happened before. And I was told if I put the label not in the middle I maybe charged much more than $105.70, but I took my box back and shipped it without moving my label to middle only was charged $102 for the same package in another usps nearby. Won’t go here forever, really waited my time!

This office is small but very convenient. There’s rarely a line and the post officer is always friendly and cheerful. It is closed from 2 to 3:15 for lunch - I find it convenient that it’s open during typical lunch breaks.

The best USPS location to go to! Julian is so kind and efficient! I definitely prefer coming to this PO as the lines aren't long, the other patrons are friendly and it's closer to me
