The store has been a great place to go. I have been a daily customer for 20 years. I go for gas, lottery, coffee, and snacks. Anthony ran the store and gas station and it was a friendly, welcoming place. When Anthony left a few months ago, Ryan took over and kept it friendly and welcoming. The Employee Richard is always there to help anyone who needs help. Both Ryan and Richard are assets to this Exxon/Tiger Mart. On Monday August 26, 2019, I saw that there were new employees there. These new employees did not know how to use the NJ Lottery Machine. Ryan saw me waiting and said that he would take care of my lottery sales. Ryan was busy, but took the time to stop what he was doing and help me. Later in the week, I was buying coffee and noticed that there was a Turkish man behind the service counter who was giving every customer in front of me in line, including me, nasty looks. He looked to be put out by having customers in this store. There was a new female employee who was at the cash register. She did not know how to give me back the correct change from the cash I gave her for my coffee. Exxon would be making a Great Mistake if they leave these new employees at this Exxon/Tiger Mart. I know that I will be taking my daily business elsewhere if these new employees are going to be at this Exxon/Tiger Mart permanently. Ryan and Richard know what they are doing; and Ryan and Richard are extremely friendly and welcoming. Exxon should not fix something that is not broken.
