While the tile we were in need of was not in stock, the helpful staff searched the local places, and not only looked up their stock, called the other location, and had the staff personally ensure it was there, and in good condition.

We had a great experience with Linda. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient and ordered samples for us if they weren’t in stock. They have a great selection of tiles made from various materials in there very large showroom.

I was looking for tiles to go with our bathroom marble vanity top for over a year when Facebook introduced Marradi Calacatta Gold polished 24X48 tiles. I ordered samples but they were tiny and did not reflect colors and pattern. Abbey kindly sent me a larger section that showed whole tile (thank you Abbey!).
Then I scheduled a phone consult with Aimee (from the Livingstone location) and she helped me put in the final order in (thank you Aimee for your patience!). We liked the tiles so much that a simple shower renovation turned into adding the beautiful tile to additional walls and part of the floor :)
I am very thankful to The Tile Shop for providing such great customer service support over the phone that saved me time traveling to the showroom. Highly recommend!

Old dinosaur store. Not owner friendly and also not contractor friendly. Think 3 times to decide whether you want to buy from them. The tile comes minimum a week later. But from my experience it can come much later than you think. It will delay your project like a hell. They have zero inventory for you to get in short time. Plus they don’t order the tile by piece. So you will end up pay 10-20 % waste depending on the area size. They recommend the grout and silicon from their brand. Don’t buy it because for the same product it will be 3 to 4 times more expensive. Also every time you go there. Prepare an extra time to wait for their old computer system to response for some simple requests. It was just not a fluent sell process whatsoever. Not a fully satisfied experience overall.

I absolutely love this store! The selection is stunning and Nakyiah was so helpful and thoughtful with her recommendations. She went above and beyond to help me and seriously chose the most perfect grout for my porcelain tile.

Unable to handle exchanges or returns. Go to Wayne store. Staff is much nicer, friendlier, and willing to work with you for your tile needs. Contractor was delayed and they refused return being 30 days over the date. This is when we were offering to spend another thousand dollars in tile from them. I suggest you give your business to their other shops. Livingston store is simply disappointing. Been here three times and customer service has consistently been lacking. Have gone to the Wayne store over 10 times and they have always gone above and beyond. Do no waste your time.

We had the pleasure of working with Nakyiah Tucker in your Livingston New Jersey store. Very helpful, friendly and upbeat. She made the transaction go smoothly and provided good advice. When the time comes for another remodel we hope to be able to work with Nakyiah again.

We were in the process of a home renovation. We had no idea what we were getting ourselves into with all of the decisions that had to be made along the way. We found ourselves at The Tile Shop and were lucky enough to have Aimee Kolan help us. She asked all of the right questions and really listened to what we were saying. She helped us to find just the right tile for both our kitchen and bathroom shower. She was patient throughout the process and her follow up with us was very much appreciated. We strongly recommend both Aimee and The Tile Shop!

I went to tile shop with only some photos and a vague idea of what I wanted for my large bathroom. Nakyiah took at lot of time with me and explained the pros and cons of various tiles and helped me to compare different looks by placing large slabs of tile together. I am so happy with my experience and selection. Kate is also a huge help, because the delivery driver's car was hit by another car and some of the tile cracked and Kate immediately replaced it. Thank you Nakyiah, Kate and Tile Shop!

I was updating my bathrooms and trying to find tiles with limited ideas. Aimee was so nice showing me different types of tiles and giving me suggestions. She was super efficient placing orders and getting them shipped on time. It was absolutely a great experience working with her.

After enduring a horrific house fire and being disappointed by tile companies we discovered an unknown gem in Kate Laramie when we walked into the tile shop in Livingston! All of our dream designs were manifested. Kate worked with us as a designer for three bathrooms and a kitchen with superb style prices and vision. Thanks so much Kate!!!
