The customer service here is extremely disappointing. I came here prepared to pay several hundred dollars on a new closet system and I felt completely ignored by everyone on staff, as if my presence didn’t matter. If you’re looking for a place that values and respects its customers, I suggest taking your business elsewhere.

I came to the store for the first time and had some trouble finding precisely what I was looking. When I asked for help Rob came and gladly guided me through the store right away. Rob has great customer service. When I came back, he once again, went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and even helped me load it all into my car in the best way possible.

Great selection of products. The customer service is fantastic. Judy helped amazingly with multiple questions about all sorts of things from kitchen, office, and loyalty program sign ups. Cant thank her enough.

While the store is well maintained and organized when we got to the checkout line with one item costing less than 5 dollars we had to wait so long that we gave up. One guy came to help the cashier and he walked away after one customer asked him something. There needs to be a better system in place for when there are customers in the que with only one cashier.

The staff alone is the reason you should shop here. They are super helpful and their breadth of products is amazing. ? We’ve purchased full scale closets and small baskets. Always happy.

I love the container store!! My house is mostly furnished by Elfa. However, I went to purchase 2 Elfa draws and was charged twice on two different cards. I was promised by the manager that the transaction will not be processed because the card machine was frozen. However, I was still charged on my account. I immediately called the store the next day and the manager wasn’t present. I spoke with someone else who is now giving me the run around to get a refund. I will no longer go to this location. Count your days Livingston location! I am not happy and I have been very patient in and out of the store w/this matter.

I love this store and all the different gadgets and containers they carry. It's just too expensive. Other stores have the same quality for less.

Skip this location. Other customers are worse than the "I could care less" staff. If I didn't work holiday retail for over 15 years, I would have left the $400+ of full-priced merchandise at the counter and shopped ANYWHERE ELSE, $30 gift card be dammed. Hint to checkout representative: its your job to ask for help for the checkout line. And if you hate retail, work somewhere else. Do what I did, go to grad school and get therapy.
