As a customer and consumer, I believe it is important to address issues related to false advertising in order to maintain trust and transparency in the marketplace. Recently, I shopped at this store and it was the beginning of my nightmare. I moved two lines and they advertised that I would receive about $2K in rebates. To make matters worse, one of my lines actually never fully moved over because they neglected to see that my phone was locked by AT&T. During that process and upon further investigation, T-mobile uncovered this. They also confirmed they provided me inaccurate information regarding the rebates.This experience has left me feeling deceived as a consumer and has raised concerns about the overall credibility of the brand. This incident has raised doubts in my mind regarding the accuracy of the stores marketing claims. I recommend you shop elsewhere.

If you want to buy something here, go ahead. If not, better go to a corporate store as most likely this store cannot help you due to all sorts of reason and might get charged unexpectedly with services you should get for FREE.I was a Tmobile customer 2 years ago and as the SIM card was delayed I confirmed with 611 to get a SIM for free. But when i went there, they said they were not corporate store so $10 per SIM will be charged. So I left and asked Tmobile to ship another SIM overnight, FREE.Today I went to the store again to return my signal booster. I confirmed with 611 that I can return it in this specific Livingston store, as I got a feeling every time I went, there's something off... Here we go again! "App not working so cannot process your return". Can't print out return label. Can't send return label to my email... They did tell me the Route 10 store is the corporate store which should work.I think it explains why the sale rep on 611 strongly recommend getting my port-in SIM card via overnight UPS shipping instead going to a store cuz the experience in corporate store vs other store varies a lot and corporate rep DO know it but for whatever reason they don't care about upping the service...

I had absolute terrible in store 559E in Livingston. Sale representative Yasmiry Lopez was very unprofessional and rude. After reaching out to manager of the store Aneudy Quezada and try to explain the situation I quickly understood that there was not much help. Same attitude and no help.Avoid this location!

I want to start off by saying I usually go to my local T-Mobile, however I stopped at this location because it was closer to my job. I had the best assistance from Yasmiry as she helped me with some trouble I had with my phone as well as considering an upgrade in the future. She was extremely educated and so nicely helped me through the entire process! I don’t usually write reviews, however, I had such a great experience and I will most likely continue coming to this location. I appreciate all of Yasmiry’s kindness and assistance! :)

so i came in today and the store was spotless and it smelled so good, the customer service was incredible the associate that helped me was yas she was extremely helpful in helping me find a new phone, i’ve been trying to upgrade to the iphone 13 and she made it a very easy process and was telling me the new features of the phone. will come back and hopefully i find yas again.

The guy Lennyn there was cleaning the store but when I came in and he was able to help me with my Sim issue. He went above and beyond to solve my issue.

Two great experienced T-Mobile employees named Jeannel and Lennyn gave excellent customer service and even stayed 15 minutes after store to help our family and they also were very friendly and positive the whole time! Give these two a raise! Amazing job guys.

Great experience and service upgrading our phones!My wife and I were in a time crunch, Aneudy and Lennyn were a great team working well together handling multiple customers in a timely and professional manner. They answered all of our questions with knowledgeable responses.
