Our wedding was a dream come true, thanks to our amazing florist! We had a traditional Jewish wedding with red and white flowers, a beautiful chuppah, and stunning centerpieces that added a touch of elegance to the venue. What impressed us the most was how our florist expertly worked within our budget, delivering an incredible experience without breaking the bank. Every detail was perfect, and our wedding day was made even more special thanks to their talent and dedication. We can't thank you enough!

I wanted to use this florist since before I got engaged! I worked with John from the Livingston location for bridal and bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnières, centerpieces, chuppah, place card arrangement, aisle runner, room draping, uplighting, and I provided supplies for the florist to assemble bathroom baskets. I appreciated the opportunity to reuse centerpieces by using a few as ceremony decor and also using them during the reception. Everything turned out as I wanted it.I had shared a couple times in the months leading up to the wedding that I like roses, carnations, and hydrangeas. I knew John had flower recommendations of what to use in addition to that, which I wanted to see. I also shared that I wanted all white roses for myself and white carnations and light pink roses for the bridesmaids. We had a meeting to see centerpiece mock ups and extra flowers would be used to create bouquet mock ups. I loved the center pieces! However, I was disappointed that carnations weren’t ordered. I really wanted to see a mock up with them for the bridesmaids bouquets before the wedding but I never got to see that. There were then attempts to persuade me to want white and light pink roses for the bridesmaids, which wasn’t my vision. Although the quality of the work was excellent, I had many concerns after this appointment.Everything was to perfection on the day of the wedding.

John was great to work with! He was very attentive to what we were looking for and personable. He never tried to change our opinion but gave us great advice. The flowers came out amazing the day of! His team was also great the day of. We had an outside ceremony at our venue and his team stayed to ensure the flowers were perfect all throughout the ceremony and pictures. We absolutely recommend hiring them for your big day!

Where do I start? From the first meeting with John, we knew we had to book with him! I showed him a few pictures of what I had in mind, told him my bridesmaids/moms dresses and he EXCEEDED every idea I had. When I first saw our chuppah I knew we made the right choice. John and his huge crew came the night before to set up for our wedding. We had beautiful petals down the aisle, flowers in our vases with water, and INSANE centerpieces. During my first dance with my dad all we could talk about was how spectacular Dalsimer made our ceremony, cocktail hour, and ballroom look. We still have family and friends calling us asking for their name and number. John truly loves his job and it shows. Plus, the flowers lasted so long after we took them home!!!! Loved every flower they chose and every color. He truly brought the wedding day to life. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!-Rachel and Adam Marcus

If you want your wedding day to be magical and gorgeous, look no further than Dalsimer Spitz and Peck. From the moment I met John I knew my daughter's wedding at the Pleasantdale Chateau would be decorated with taste and elegance. On the day of the wedding, Martin and John's staff worked all day and created a fairy tale. John was upfront and fair with the prices and surpassed all my expectations and then some. All our friends and loved ones could not get over the beauty of the floral arrangements, not only for the outdoor ceremony but all around the venue. Words cannot describe the breathtaking wedding canopy/chuppah and floral arrangements prepared for our son’s wedding. Bobby brought my daughter-in-law’s dream for her wedding day to life, for which I will always be grateful. Guests were snapping pictures of the chuppah and the photographer used it to full advantage. Working and planning with him was something to look forward to and always filled with fun and laughter. He was always available and easy to reach. Bobby’s office support staff is simply fabulous - warm, professional and thorough. His set up staff was attuned to the nuances of the venue and solved last minute issues with grace and speed. Additional decor was also sent to the venue for those “just in case” moments. We were simply thrilled and are pleased to offer our highest recommendation.

John was fantastic! Friendly, funny, easy to work with and talk to and stayed within my budget. At the last minute, I swapped out one arrangement for another - but on my wedding day, John surprised me with both arrangements and did not charge me any additional money. He brought my EXACT vision for a winter wonderland to life - I cannot put into words the feeling that overcame me when I walked into the ballroom for the first time and saw how the decor came together. It was unbelievable. And absolutely perfect. My only regret is that my photographer did not take more pictures. Thanks again John!

Five stars to John at Dalsimer Spitz and Peck Floral & Event Decorators for making my daughter's wedding absolutely stunning. The wedding was initially scheduled for May 2020 and then delayed until November 2020. We planned to have 180 people, and John helped us design beautiful center pieces and lots of small floral details at a very reasonable price. You may be familiar with something called COVID, which upended everyone's lives and has caused a lot of fear, misery, and uncertainty. We were very cognizant of the virus and while we decided not to delay the wedding indefinitely, we really wanted to keep our small group safe and comfortable while giving my daughter and her husband a special night to remember. John to the rescue. He worked with us to throw an 18-person wedding that was incredible. Despite the difficulties that COVID presented us with, we had a blast. The flowers were gorgeous, fresh, and gave us all a much-needed boost. His crew was on time, professional, and all around wonderful. Thank you for helping my daughter have a joyous day.
