So glad I stopped by this location yesterday. Mike did a great job getting me the foot ware I wanted. He even called other locations to track downthe shoes I wanted. I left the store with an awesome pair of slip on suede loafers;sharp looking & darn comfortable !

The Mall has no charming atmosphere. Nearly empty. We bought a few things. The sales personnel all seemed to have taken a sleeping pill. No interest in selling something.

My wife needed special shoes, Chistian, the store manager, provided excellent service, very helpful, I was very impressed. He went above and beyond to meet her needs. He should be commended.

While their computers don't have a record of online orders, you can return and just have the email with prices out for them. Process was quick and painless otherwise.

Quick and easy return, they had a staffer who was friendly and the store has a lot of clean and well laid out shoes. While the shoes run a little small, they don't have every size in stock but they can order. Note their systems were just updated so internet orders aren't connected to the local POS systems, so have your email receipt handy.
