I recently had the pleasure of working with the Kamyar Minaeian of Safavieh, Livingston store, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for his exceptional service. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied with our carpet purchase.
First and foremost, he helped us select the perfect carpet for our home, taking into consideration our preferences and needs. Despite our careful selection, there was a mix-up at the warehouse, and the wrong carpet was delivered to our house. However, the Kamyar handled the situation with grace and professionalism. He apologized multiple times, even though it wasn't his mistake, and personally took it upon himself to rectify the situation.
Not only did he arrange for the correct carpet to be delivered promptly, but he also personally came to our house to deliver and oversee the installation. He made sure that the carpet was placed exactly to our liking, ensuring our complete satisfaction. His dedication to ensuring that we were happy with the overall experience was truly commendable.
Thanks to the Kamyar’s outstanding customer service and attention to detail, we are now enjoying beautiful carpet in our home. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of carpet for their home. His professionalism, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile truly set him apart. Thank you once again for making our carpet-buying experience a pleasant one!

Salespeople were very responsive even on their days off and helped us every step; delivery people were terrific, quickly responsive when I had to make some last minute changes and were proactive when I wasn’t expecting them to be. Super delivery service.

The store is lovely and you will be greeted by a sales person pretty much immediately
one star because when the salesperson built the work order, he did not choose the right fabric for the back of the chair. chairs were supposed to be all white leather. the back was delivered with a gray fabric
two chairs were also slightly damaged upon arrival
a call to the manager resulted in a very slight small discount and a promise for someone to follow up regarding the damages
we never received any call regarding the damages.
we also had inquired about a couch when we were in the store and never heard back on that item either
so customer service and quality is lacking.
be mindful when you shop there to double check everything and don't anticipate a quality customer service experience should you have any troubles.

My designer is fabulous and the reason I still purchase from Savavieh - She’s a gem!!! The customer service was terrible. I had a delivery that was very delayed and was not notified while I waited and called many times . I finally was told the truck broke down and would need to reschedule. I explained that I wasn’t living close by and was leaving for out of state snd needed the delivery. I came at 8:30 am and finally got my furniture at 8:30 pm. It was damaged and I had many problems getting the furniture finally replaced a month later. The communication, difficulty getting a resolution and generally the attitude of the manager was most upsetting. The sales designer Suzanne saved the day and went above and beyond to solve all the issues!
She deserves a big raise. I only continue to purchase there because of her and the decent furniture they carry.

I want to congratulate the entire staff at the Livingston, New Jersey location. Being warmly greeted by reception,sales personnel & management, was the start of a pretty decent shopping experience. I have an excellent salesperson in Noah, he's been on point with information, concerned with my needs & a pleasure to do business with.Five stars for great service & an enjoyable furniture, lighting & rug shopping spree!

I am reviewing only the rug department and particularly the thoughtful attention of manager Kamay ! His service is outstanding and his knowledge of rugs is right on . He is also just a great guy . If you need quality rug and are lost with all the options out there , he will take great care of you and educate you to make the best decision. He has helped me many times and even came to deliver a rug Personally to my home twice and also cut a rug pad. Excellent service !
