Romy was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process. She really cared about us, understood our needs from the very first open house. That really meant a lot. She even gave us ideas on how better utilize the space. She never made us feel uncomfortable and was there every step of the way! Romy explained everything in a way that was easy to understand to enable us to make an offer. we bought our house in less than 3 months. Thank you!

I didn't knew Romy before Feb 2022 and today (June 2022), she is our family. Romy is ALWAYS on top of things. Her response to any question (via text or email) turn around time is few seconds (Believe me she is that fast). I feel bad for other realtors as i will ALWAYS hire Romy for any real estate need should I ever have in future. She is NOT an agent for me, she is family now!!!

We were looking for help pricing our studio apartment. Romy gave us an estimate, advice with getting the apartment into shape, and possible advertising venues, all of it even though we ended up not going through with listing the apartment and decided to wait instead. Romy helped us think through different options and gave us useful criteria on whether to move forward. She even recommended a handyman who turned out to be great and a huge help. Romy was personable, professional, and extremely competent. She really know the area well and was pleasure to work with.

Romy was able to sell my 2 bedroom,stand alone house in a market that wasn’t interested. She is professional, honest, and works at getting the job done like it’s personal.
