Roman was very easy to work with. We worked with him as a seller. He is friendly, honest, hardworking, and punctual. The listing went live when he said it would. His team took great pictures and generated a lot of traffic. He gave us daily summaries and worked with us through tricky decision-making moments with the best/fair outcome in mind for everybody. He also helped making sure the deal went on smoothly when there was lack of communication at times. I would recommend Roman to everyone.

I've had the absolute pleasure of working with Roman in buying my first condo. He made things very seamless, and with his background in finance, I trusted that he understood the housing market well. Roman was ALWAYS available for questions and clarifications. 100% would choose to work with him again in future homes I purchase. Moving with children is a difficult experience. You want to ensure that they are in a safe environment. Our initial meeting with Roman confirmed that he wasn’t just out to show us a space, but that he cared about our experience and family as a whole. We have been tenants of his for three years now and it was the best choice I made. As a landlord, he is attentive and acts quick whenever an issue may arise. He is understanding and always willing to lend a helping hand regardless of the circumstances.
