The new owners definitely have a mind of their own. The female that works there is incredibly rude, sits there on her phone blasting music or watching videos and doesn’t even care to say hello. There’s been a few times I go around 11-1pm and the girl says “oh he went to shoprite he’ll be back in an hour” as an owner or partial owner they all need to learn how to cook. The grill Master Greg is unbelievably sweet, cares to have a conversation with his customers.The quick meals I get from there are great!I just can’t believe as an owner she sits there instead of restocking the shelves or helping the grill.

Good place to play the lottery, just make sure they give you your tickets. I made it home before realizing I got my change, but no tickets ☹️, I had to go back

Ordered a sandwich from this place from home. When I got there I was the only one there. I went to make my coffee and some other person walks in while I am making it, and orders the same sandwich I ordered on the phone 15 minutes ago. They give him a sandwich and he leaves. Then I ask for my sandwich, but they gave it to the other guy, who didn't order ahead of time and came into the store after me. Their response was "We don't take names when you order." Well ok, you pinpointed you're problem, but how is that supposed to make me feel any better about it? Anyway, I gave them 2 stars because they gave me my coffee for free. Otherwise it would have been 1 star. Would have been 4 or 5 stars if they offered to make me the sandwich for wasting so much of my time.

I just had the most frustrating experience at this establishment. My wife and family have been coming to this Quick Mart for many years. Today, my wife and two young children, came in for coffee and a bagel. We asked for a toasted bagel with cream cheese, and the man behind the counter forgot to toast the bagel.

I just had the most frustrating experience at this establishment. My wife and family have been coming to this Quick Mart for many years. Today, my wife and two young children, came in for coffee and a bagel. We asked for a toasted bagel with cream cheese, and the man behind the counter forgot to toast the bagel. I asked for a new bagel toasted, and he refused. He said he needed to charge me for the new bagel. After years of loyalty and thousands of dollars spent, this guy fought me tooth and nail, and would not toast me a new bagel. He said that I must pay for a new bagel. This guy was more concerned with two dollars, then keeping his customer satisfied, and doing the right thing. The other customers in the store were just as dumbfounded as we were. This guy did not give up, and he allowed me to reach my boiling point and walk out. He has officially lost our business forever, and forced me to spend time (which I never do) to write this negative review. He was the manager on duty, but not one of the people I typically see. Usually, we see the elder gentleman and his son, who are both very nice and know us by name. My wife and I intend on returning later today to meet with the owner and his family. They deserve to know this story. I have never been treated so terribly as a customer before. This guy does not deserve his job or any job in customer service for that matter. I truly hope this review reaches your attention sir. Chad D.
