I had the greatest experience here. I needed to get a baby gift and I had a short break in the middle of my workday. I ran over and explained to the Young woman what I was looking for. She promptly helped me to choose some appropriate gifts and then she wrapped them for me. While she was wrapping, I called the salon where I work and I asked the receptionist to get my appointment shampooed. Then I paid and was on my way. A couple of hours later, my receptionist comes in to my room and tells me that the girl from precious cargo called to see if there is a Dana that works here. Apparently when she was wrapping my gifts she left one of the items out. She called around to several different salons to find me, and then delivered the gift. She even added some extra ribbon so that I could open the wrapping and re-close it. I wish I knew her name because to say this gal went above and beyond is an understatement

The young woman who helped me both times I was in was very knowledgeable. I went to every store in the area - probably over 10 stores including the mall and this store had things I couldn't find anywhere else. I got a very clever gown thing for a newborn that has snaps so it can turn into legs when he gets a little bigger and it has sleeves that cover his hands so he doesn't scratch himself.

What a great store!!! I'm new to the area and fell in love with Precious Cargo! They carry every single brand that I love for my daughter and for my son too! Everyone working there was super friendly and helpful! They also have the best baby department I've ever seen- everything was adorable!
