One of the pharmacists/techs actually has the audacity to pick up the phone, and hang up on customers/doctors offices... MULTIPLE TIMES. That's embarrassing. Do better.

Whatever you could possibly want in a neighborhood Pharmacy . . . this is it. Northfield Pharmacy has helped my family through the worst of times (cancer & Alzheimer's). It does not matter who answers the phone, they are universally friendly, professional and caring. There is not a time when they are too busy to listen and they genuinely empathize. There might be a Pharmacy somewhere that is as good, but none are better. I will never be able to thank these gentle-beings enough for their support.

Not helpful in the least. Had an Rx for my daughter sent in by her doctor. Went to pick it up the next day, and they didn't have it. Didn't bother to call the doctor's office for an alternative. Insisted they were helping me by calling the doctor's office and waiting for a call back. I spoke with the doctor, found a different pharmacy, and got the Rx filled all right in front of them. They were complete condescending that I was advocating for my child and trying to find medicine instead of letting them wait for a return phone call. Anywhere but here.

The heat is hard to take. I used to get my ativan for $2 from united healthcare medicare. My mom hates the place because it's expensive and the staff gossips alot. the pharmacist told me to wait on ativan which is a miracle drug which is hard. i have hallucinations catatonic without it but they think i'm addicted.

One of the Pharmacist caused such problems for me with my primary care doctor’s office that I now have to switch doctors. I have been going to this primary care office for over 14 years. For this reason, I will no longer be using this pharmacy. They also filled a prescription for a controlled substance for my child under my name instead of my child’s name. My primary care doctor saw the mistake on the state record and told me to get it corrected. I spoke to the owner of the pharmacy and he refused to correct the error. I have been using this pharmacy for years on a regular basis but I will not be using them anymore.

The only pharmacy that was able to come through in a clutch when my 3 year old needed a cast shoe after he injured his toe and the other pharmacies/surgical supplies in our area didn’t even offer any assistance to find the item! Thank you so very much!!!
