The negligence of this mall makes me wonder if it’s even legal. Visited on a hot July day & the AC apparently has been not working for weeks (according to employees). The elevator has been broken for months so I will see mothers with babies struggling to get up & down the non-working escalators. The parking lot is a mine field of crater size pot holes that will surely give you a flat tire if you don’t maneuver around them carefully. The owners of this mall clearly have given on the bare minimum of up keep & safety measures.

Wow, looks like it’s going out of business. Just outside looks abandoned. Weeds taller than myself. Inside was perfect for a zombie apocalypse movie. What happened here???? Use to be so nice. Haven’t been here in over 15 year but c’mon??? No AC inside, most stores closed, most likely because of not having AC. As of today, the worst mall I’ve been at by far.

if you like dead malls then maybe this place will be suitable for you? there's barely any stores to shop at, and the ones that are open have little to no customers inside of them. the only exception to this is the b&n anchor, which seems to be doing OK compared to all of the other tenants. escalators don't work and it seems like they haven't for months now. the elevator also wasn't working when i went, but i don't know how long it's been out of service for. don't visit this mall on a hot day by the way, because there's absolutely no AC throughout most of the mall. used to be a decent mall but has turned into a ghost town since. i wouldn't be surprised if this mall closes by the end of 2024/start of 2025. RIP livingston mall u will be missed

My favorite Barnes & Noble is here, but outside of that this is a very depressing mall as others have stated. Mostly vacant. I'm sitting in the food court here in July sweating like crazy because there's no AC in the common areas anymore.

Close this mall already!! 90% of the stores are out of business, the stores that are “open” are actually closed due to the mall not having any air conditioning. The escalators do not work and have been like this since the beginning of this year. The parking lot is a tetris game dodging the craters. Please just close this mall already

Stopped at the mall yesterday afternoon & there were signs on their doors saying it was "closed." Is this indefinite or due to electricity issues (saw someone inquire about that below)?

Excellent place to spend your afternoon or morning. It is not very crowded, the atmosphere is pleasant, and it is very clean.

This mall sucks. Looked it up before going and it said it closed at 8. Got there at 6:50 to do some returns and they were kicking people out, locking doors, turning off elevators, stopping stairs. Tried to call and no answer. No explanation for the early closing and then when I checked the website as leaving they updated it to say they actually close at 7. Waste of time.
