Like any business, it’s the people that make it great. I can’t speak for all the nail technicians, but this year I moved and after 15years with my same nail tech. I had to find a new place/person. I’m quite picky and I was recommended by a dear friend. For gel manicures or any specialty work on your nails, Jessica is your girl! I will not have anyone else touch my nails. She’s very thorough, polish is always perfect and you can tell she knows her work. For pedicure all are quite good, Angie is one I like best.I also enjoy the overall salon experience, comfortable chairs for pedicures, extremely clean, friendly staff, easy forms of payments and my absolute fav is being able to add a good neck massage during manicure from gentleman masseuse, I believe his name is Kevin but I could be wrong.

The owner of the salon is the best master . Eunice is very good at doing the job and the place is clean and very pleasant

Unfortunately this place destroys your natural nail when removing polish. They use aggressive force to scrape the polish off, along with a few layers of your nail. My previously strong and healthy nails are now ruined and will take months to grow back. I paid $90 for a mani/pedi, and the next day they are already breaking because my nails are so brittle.They were blaming it on the fact that I had powder on my nails, which I’ve been doing for over a decade. It’s not the powder, it’s the staff that does not know how to properly remove it, so to put the blame on the customer is ridiculous.If you like to grow out your natural nails, look elsewhere

She colored my toe nail without carefully looking at my nail. Instead, she was talking to other staff and looking elsewhere. Of course, the color ran off and some of my nails were not fully colored. This was not worth the $40. I complained it and she re-did it, but her excuse was too busy on the day. I give two stars as I still liked the spa service (additional $35) provided by another staff.They used to be very good service, but the recent decline in quality of service is very disappointing.Services: Foot massages

Clean, airy, friendly environment. Appts are right on time, and the plastic guards are still in place and staff are still wearing masks which is nice to see.

I like this place. I have been there twice so far. Staff could be little friendly. They don't even ask what kinda pedicure or manicure you want , they assume.

I have been going to this place for 2 plus yrs and love Jessica. before that i had Annie, Harry and many others doing my nails. Have always recommend them to my friends as THE go to place. Usually I spend approx $50-90 per visit which is every 3 weeks. I typically pay tip in cash - an amount that comes to my mind or i ask them to add to my bill in case I don’t have cash. Yes i am not using a calculator to come up with 18-20% tip but sometimes its even more that 20%.But to my surprise - i forgot to pay once, realized only after checkout so i told the artist that i will pay next time since i had no cash and she already billed my CC. On my recent visit- The way i was reminded to pay previous missed tip was so humiliating & arrogant, that i felt like undoing my gel and shouting out loud on the so called manager madame! She said the nail artists work hard, you missed paying couple of times, must pay them etc etc in front of all other customers. I mean this salon is already pricey as compared to other local ones and is this customer’s major responsibility to pay them fairly for their hard work??? And that to a customer like me who has been going for years, giving them good business but just not using a calculator!What abt the employer- are they paying their hard working nail artist as per local laws??? We all work hard but is it ok to be unnecessarily rude. Ok probably she had a bad day, i give the benefit of doubt. But the manager has been always rude and arrogant!!! If i can pay $50-90 every 3 weeks, i can very well pay the tip and i do pay decent amount!! Felt extremely humiliated hence putting this review. Did call them back to talk but who wants to listen to you !!Services: Manicure

Beautiful ambience. Staff are accommodating. Felt refreshed after my chair massage with Alma, she hit all the right spots. And beautiful gel manicure! Love this place would surely come back

Busy and you have to have an appointment in the weekend. Also have a good idea of what you want and they can give you prices. Main managers job was really good solid painting, the worker separately on another kid was less good, too many bubbles and the paint already off.

The first staffer was pretty lethargic, he didn't give much guidance and seemed to barely speak English. The second was better, she was the manager and her work on the kid's nails was efficient and good. The other two, mixed. One left a bunch of bubbles in the polish which ended up wearing off that day (even though we were charged $5for longer lasting) and the other was ok, but uneven. They were full up on the weekend, make sure you do appointments and cash gets a bigger customer reward of 6% vs credit card at 3%.
