The shop is beautiful and exceptionally clean. Operators are skilled, friendly and professional. My manicures and pedicures have consistently been excellent. Highly recommend. Best nail salon in Livingston.

I have been a Nailsplash customer several times, but never dealt with such rude service. From the minute I stepped in, Luz served up terrible attitude. When I mentioned the warm towel, she said it’s already done. I have done pedicures enough time to know what it feels like, and I know she had not brought a warm one out, instead just wiping with one already out. Next, she proceeded to give me a hard time about the nail color options, rolling her eyes as I tried to choose two different options for gel mani and regular pedi, and finally as I tried to decide between a round shape or square for my hands, she just started to file my nails in a huff, without giving me 15 seconds to decide. I have never had a nail tech be this impatient.

I've been getting regular gel manicures and regular pedicures for years now. Annie is great! I find the place clean, friendly, professional and my favorite nail salon!

The quality of service has gradually declined since the pandemic, while the prices have been increased since and at least twice. Just recently most of the chairs, cabinets and tables were replaced anew, although what they had looked almost new and simultaneously the prices jumped! As an example, a Gel fill is $66 and a regular pedicure is $40! No longer are massages provided as were once at the drying table. The pedicures don't include a scrub, barely any callous removal, no foot and no leg massage like in the past, etc. It's all turned into how quickly can we cash in on the charge while they no longer invest in the customer. To make matters worse some of the finished product has gotten very sloppy while trying to get the customer in and out quickly. It's no longer a relaxing and calm environment. In the end, poor work at much a higher price. Hopefully this business learns quickly that greed never ends well. That said, if they wake up quickly they will be able to salvage the business long term and hopefully so.

Service is always good. Appointments are always taken care of on time. The ambience is very good and always clean.

Everyone at Nail Splash is very friendly and accommodating. The salon is always super clean and they just updated all of the pedicure chairs an manicure chairs. I love it !!

The salon is beautiful. Clean, always do a good job. However, they flat out said they are increasing prices because they bought new equipment. Also lots of old nail polishes.

Perfect pedicure every time. Love to come to Nail Splash it is very clean, lovely staff very accommodating easy to get an appointment and utensils are all sterilized. I’ve been coming here for six years and wouldn’t go any place else.

Like any business, it’s the people that make it great. I can’t speak for all the nail technicians, but this year I moved and after 15years with my same nail tech. I had to find a new place/person. I’m quite picky and I was recommended by a dear friend. For gel manicures or any specialty work on your nails, Jessica is your girl! I will not have anyone else touch my nails. She’s very thorough, polish is always perfect and you can tell she knows her work. For pedicure all are quite good, Angie is one I like best.
I also enjoy the overall salon experience, comfortable chairs for pedicures, extremely clean, friendly staff, easy forms of payments and my absolute fav is being able to add a good neck massage during manicure from gentleman masseuse, I believe his name is Kevin but I could be wrong.

Unfortunately this place destroys your natural nail when removing polish. They use aggressive force to scrape the polish off, along with a few layers of your nail. My previously strong and healthy nails are now ruined and will take months to grow back. I paid $90 for a mani/pedi, and the next day they are already breaking because my nails are so brittle.They were blaming it on the fact that I had powder on my nails, which I’ve been doing for over a decade. It’s not the powder, it’s the staff that does not know how to properly remove it, so to put the blame on the customer is ridiculous.If you like to grow out your natural nails, look elsewhere
