The only Bank of America that gave an address excuse for not cashing a Bank of America check. I'm pretty sure it was because I wasn't the right shade. Had to travel to another Bank of America to get the proper service.

Opened up a checking and savings account last week and the experience was great! I sat with the customer relations person Rudenca and she was so personable and knowledgeable with details of having a checking and savings account. She also took the time to go over the special offers that I had with my credit cards that allowed me to make some cost saving decisions on where to allocate my debt balance. It was a great experience and I look forward to banking at this location for many years to come

Wait time is too long to sit down with a banker even if you make an appointment online. Pointless. I was even there early and I still had to wait. Been a customer for over 15 years
