Went to get a mattress, this salesperson ( Sean or something) kept trying to push some clearance item. When I didn't give in, his demeanor became rude. Know when to stop pushing dude, and no one has to buy stuff just cause you're offering a "good deal".

Went in to find a mattress for daughter in college. Sean in the Livingston store was extremely helpful and not pushy. Didn’t try to upsell and understood what we needed. Mattress was delivered exactly when promised to another state. Would definitely recommend.

Not sure what I like more the bed or the representative from the store STEVE. Steve has been available to assist with any questions or concerns and this is almost two months after receiving the bed. Thank you again for all you did and continue to do.

We went to Mattress Firm on Rt. 10 in East Hanover. The sales Rep. Harry was very Professional, not pushy or overbearing. He was patient, attentive and very helpful.We felt very comfortable after stopping at various other competitors and decided to purchase our mattress through Mattress Firm. We were very satisfied with our experience.

We worked with Aneisha and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with! She found us the mattress we loved and was very respectful of working within our budget. She was not pushy and we didn’t feel like she was trying to upsell us at all. We felt in really good hands, so much so, that when we got a better offer elsewhere, we asked if they could match. We went back to meet her at the Verona location a few days later and her manager Mike was able to rework the prices to get us what we wanted. Excellent experience, couldn’t be happier! 100% recommend.

The rep whom assisted me today was Sean. Even though he was alone as I walked in and a few other customers shortly followed. He balanced and addressed all of our questions relating to the purchase of new mattresses professionally. He is patient and extremely knowledgeable. I’m very big on customer service in which he provided it exceptionally! I would recommend this location, as well as this particular rep. over and over again!
