Hideous job done by Theresa. Thick, unshapely dip-powder nails.

My 92 yr old MIL just moved to the area and needed to have her gels removed. A friend recommended Margaret's Nails. They couldn't have been more kind and considerate. They took excellent care of her and she left with a beautiful polish. She will be a regular from now on!

Very bad and crappy service! When you complain they tell you to go somewhere else. Won't be returning.

Got a pedicure and dip nails here before and both experiences have been positive. They pay close attention to detail and do not rush the process. Lots of different colors/options for a great price. When I’m home, I try to stop here! Definitely recommend!Services: Manicure

Make no mistake, Margaret is no longer an owner of this business for a while. When she was, she was present and everyone who worked there new that Margaret is the boss. She was kind and very respectful and so her employee, even 2 sisters had no choice but treat customers with the smile and respect. And now that business belongs to unknown person, who says someone by the name Maria and others say one of the sisters , Theresa owns the place ,but atmosphere is awful. If sisters do not like something, they can tell you not to come back. We, as the clients, have no say in what we like or want and sisters act as they own the place and maybe they do as they would not reveal the name of the owner but they need to understand that we, the customers, make their business stay opened by bringing money for their services so at least they can do, smile and not to tell us to go somewhere elseServices: Gel manicures

Can I just say. My worst experience to date. I'm typically not picky about where I get my waxing coz pain is pain. But tell me how or why, I called ahead of time, set up my appt 1hr ahead, got there and the wax still wasn't warmed up nor did they have enough wax. Hhhooowwww? Let's not talk about the aggressive wax the lady was ripping the white strips from my legs. While she was waiting for the roller wax to warm up, she would switch to the soft wax in the cans but because there wasn't enough there, she would do skinny swipes with the stick which was such a waste of time. I have learned my lesson. Anyone who can't use actual wax but is only comfortable with wax rollers has 0 experience to me.

So disappointed by how rude they were. Told my sister that it was rude of her to get her nails fixed after they were done horribly and took 2 hours. They then told her to never come back because she wasted their time and product after she paid $70 for a full set of tips. So unprofessional and rude. I will never be returning here.

THIS WAS OBVIOUSLY THE FIRST TIME THIS LADY DID A UV GEL SET! If you don’t know how to do a service why would you accept the appointment.

I went and got tips with gel on top. The woman told me it would be $35 for the gel but failed to say the tips would make it $70 total. I know tips are an expensive add on but it would have been nice to know the total price before hand. The nails started popping off within 2 days of the manicure and I would have to reglue them on with nail glue. After a week, I just pulled all the nails off myself because I could not deal with them constantly popping off anymore. Usually my tips can last for over 3 weeks, sometimes 4 if they do a good job. And it's for almost half the price! It was a disappointing experience and I will not be returning. :/ The experience at the salon itself was pleasant and all personnel were very polite. However, it does not outweigh how short my nails lasted.
