First time I have cried out of pain and had my nail beds bleed at a nail studio. And I have been getting my nails done for 10+ years. The woman that did my nails ("Sunny") kept filing angrily over my nail beds and the skin of my fingers, even though I told her 4 times that "it really really hurts." In response, she kept mumbling to herself the entire time and was clearly distracted, thinking about something else, and taking her anger out on me. Not only was she rude and causing me pain, it also took her 3 hours to do a dip manicure, only for me to see that it was completely messed up when she was "done." The owner was astonished herself at how bad the work was, came over and apologized to me. At that point, my nail beds and fingers were bleeding again so I ran over to the bathroom crying. The owner followed me saying she will have someone else fix my manicure and she is really sorry. Then, after 3 hours, she told Sunny to go away and sat me down with another woman, who then had to immediately soak off and take off the dip Sunny did, and start over. You can imagine how much that hurt with a few of my nail beds still bleeding and now having to be soaked in acetone. Not to mention that out of nowhere while I was sitting with the new woman, Sunny came and kept touching me and trying to hug me, which made me really uncomfortable. I wanted her to stop touching me and go away after causing me pain and doing so much damage that my nail beds bled for the first time ever in a nail salon. And to sit at their salon for 4+ hours with bleeding cuticles and in pain cost me $75. Not to mention - the smallest problem of all was that I had asked Sunny for square shape. What she did (you can be the judge yourself from the pictures) was certainly NOT a square shape. I had to go to another nail salon the next day where I paid $20 to take off the polish and cut my nails all the way down so they can start growing again in the shape I wanted them to be in the first place. What a nightmare. Find a different salon.

Livingston Nail Studio deserves every one of its five stars! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the clean, modern, and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, always making sure that I feel comfortable and pampered throughout my visit.
The technicians at Livingston Nail Studio are exceptionally skilled and attentive. They take their time to ensure that every detail is perfect, never rushing through the process. I appreciate how they listen to my preferences and provide personalized recommendations that result in beautiful, long-lasting nails.

Crooks and thieves... should be illegal they way they conduct business. They give a whole new meaning to snake oil salesmen

They value speed and upselling over quality. Pleasant staff but my nails look terrible. Even after I asked them to fix it, they rushed and did a equally terrible job

I took a break from coming here for a couple of years but now that I am back it seems to be maybe under new ownership from many years ago and they run a very great place! It's very clean, they are very accommodating and super friendly.

Jackie did a great job with my manicure, and I will definitely be back! The owner made me feel welcome, and the salon itself is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. It also has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere.

When I was told my nails were done, you could still see my natural nail through the paint. I showed it to the nail tech, who then suggested another coat. When I was told that my nails were done again, I had nail polish all around my fingers and toes. So I had to ask for a piece of napkin with nail polish remover. It was just horrible. They took all of 40 minutes for my toes and finger nails…lotion wasn’t even applied to my feet. Not sure if it was because they were busy, but it’s better to just say “no we have no openings” then risk the quality.

Worst experience at a nail salon. I had natural long nails with dip powder. Hana, while I was getting a pedicure without asking cut my nails short. Once i asked her why she cut my nails she said its okay she was going to put artificial tips. Very unprofessional. Be ware! No sympathy towards a customers needs.
