I would recommend LOBEJ but more specifically, Max Roseman. I met with him for a document review apt regarding my father's estate. He was clear, knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly and clearly, and was very friendly and professional. I dealt with a different lawyer at a different firm previously who left a lot of holes in their information, it left me lost and made me feel like they wanted me to know as little as possible so I had to rely on them. Max Roseman is totally different. I left the apt with a great amount of information and a way better understanding of the situation.... and he provided resources and sources to his info. Thanks again, Mr. Roseman!

I called Barry out of the blue and in need of help. He didn't turn me away. Barry took the time to listen to my problems and provided excellent advice to help me deal with my problems. He takes care of people and I learned from speaking with him. Finds it unfair and personal when someone is taking advantage of another person for whatever reason. They didn’t help my case at all.No guarantees is what Barry said in the beginning.Your staff didn’t show-up to zoom court on two occasions! Do you know how incompetent that made all of us look? Totally inconsiderate and Very Unprofessional. I would not recommend to anyone.And when I write my story about it all happened in Bergen County you will be mentioned , as well as Judge Jerejian and every other unethical attorney involved.

I've known Barry several years now and recently have become a client on aviation and elder care issues. Barry takes great care in being in constant contact which is a rare find with an attorney. Most attorneys I have worked with take a huge retainer and then it's like pulling teeth getting their attention and no one has the sense of urgency like you (the client) except for Barry and his team. I would not hesitate to give Barry a shot for all your legal needs.

I feel fantastic about my experience.I was an emotional wreck when I first contacted Barry and his team survived all my emotional distress and helped me correct an extremely complicated will dispute. I think that any other lawyer would have told me that they couldn’t help me. Barry and Angelina and the rest of Barry’s team fought hard, against two people who lied, withheld facts, refused to cooperate, and even refused to communicate. Barry overturned a Will, which is extremely difficult to do. My two young children, in elementary school, will be able to have a better current situation and future situation because of Barry and Angelina and Barry’s team. My name is Aaron Barnard. Barry Janay amd his associates are crooks and derelicts that cost me over $7000 and he didn't even talk to me. They made negotiations without my knowledge and tried to rush my case through. Just a bunch of CROOKS!!!

What a crook!! They don't know what they're doing at all, they don't even check for updates on laws in their area of practice!! It cost me over $7000 for NOTHING!! THEY CHARGED OVER $1200 FOR WRITING A LETTER USING A TEMPLATE THAT STILL HAD OTHER CLIENTS NAMES STILL IN IT!! SNAKE OIL SALESMAN. He YELLED AT ME. HE IS NO LONGER MY REPRESENTATIVE. HE IS A 3 YEAR OLD IN A SUIT.
