Lady working at the front desk was extremely rude and extremely unhelpful. She seems like she hates her job and as if customers are not allowed to ask questions. Never coming back as long as she is working there. Absolutely terrible experience because of her.

If I could, I would give this place no stars. Inefficient staff. The technicians are handling both blood work and front desk and take forever to do basic stuff. On top of that the lady there is extremely rude. They assume people don't know how this works so they can do stuff as they wish. The facility should be inspected for the training of their staff members. Horrible experience. Definitely never going back there again.

We used this faciliy twice. Both times the staff was courteous and easy going. Front desk processed the paperwork fast and got us inside right after. The waiting time after check in at the kiosk was a couple of minutes for each visitor. Have nothing to say but good things about this location. The only remark I have is for the Labcorp Corp- In the last couple of months they changed the hours of operation several times but did not update on the web. It's frustrating to get to another location in Livingston and see the sign on the printed paper stuck on the door that is CLOSED on Saturdays. I went on Google and suggested the new operating hours. Keep in mind that this location has changed it's hours too: M-F it's until 4:00PM and Saturday until 10:30AM.

Let me first say the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, the woman who took my blood really had no idea what she was doing. I have great veins that are large and you can’t miss them. She had to poke me twice and my arm bruised. I will never get my blood work done at this place again and if I do it will NOT be with that person. Never ever have I had this issue before. She tried to tell me I was dehydrated. I don’t buy that since I drink a lot of water everyday.

I came to this location to receive the materials needed for specimen samples. The worker was sitting with her back facing the desk and made it seem like a chore that she had to help me, instead of just sitting & relaxing. I wasn’t given the stool cup to use, no guidance, no paperwork & no bags for the stool. The customer service I received was extremely bad, you’d think people in this field would want to help people that are having medical issues.

Not sure why all of the bad review, I got here early (9:30am) and there was no wait. Only one person ahead of me, I waited just a couple of minutes. The phlebotomist was great, he was very gentle and it wasn’t painful. Often people have trouble finding my veins and I get poked and my vein gets punctured and I’m left with a giant bruise - not here! 5 stars, thank you to the gentleman that did such a nice job.

Horrible. Never had more painful blood work done. He also slapped my arm a lot to try to find a vein; I had blood work done two weeks ago with no problems accessing my veins. Go to Millburn instead. Or Union. Not even sure the guy washed his hands. My blood work is also MIA- was supposed to have it back within 4 days and it’s been a week. I called 3 times and left a message and have yet to hear back from anyone.

If you’d like to visit the most understaffed and nonfunctional labcorp that Essex county has to offer, this place is for you! Not only will you wait an eternity to check in (it’s self check in and only 1 machine works) the front desk person is the least bit helpful. It has to be an hourly gig, there’s no way someone couldn’t intentionally work that slow. If you’d like unfriendly too, this is definitely the place!

Place was very busy but the staff was kind and attentive. They communicated with the patients waiting to keep us informed of when we would be seen. Phlebotomist did a painless draw. Not even a small bruise

It's frustrating to see so many poor reviews, but that's honestly the norm with a lot of testing places. My blood draws have been pretty much painless --- minimal to no bruising or trouble finding a vein (drink water beforehand!). My experiences have been good to great, hence 4 stars, but I realize that am fortunate on that front.Definitely do your best to make an appointment before you go in --- not always the easiest thing to do since appointment slots are limited and usually aren't immediately available. Make sure you have your paperwork ready if your doctor hasn't sent it over. Having an online LabCorp account also makes things run more smoothly (express check-in that immediately recognizes your info).Knocking off a star because there are usually long wait times. That's in part due to short staff. 1-2 staff doing blood draws is not enough for the number of people that come in, especially since the facility allows walk-ins.Again, most labs have similar ratings. Of the ones I've been to, though, this is by far the best one. Is that saying much? Only you can decide.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! The photos say more than enough, but I'll share my experience with the office. This location is normally very crowded so be prepared to wait. Luckily I only waited about 15 minutes before being called to the back. You check in at a kiosk, then wait to be called to the front desk to hand over your prescription. The lady and the front desk and the lab tech that I had were both friendly and helpful. The tech was phenomenal! She found my veins with ease (which never happens) and had me in and out of her room in less than 5 mins. I was so nervous to get my blood drawn, that I didn't notice the condition of the room until afterwards. Then I walked into the bathroom and almost passed out! Dirty floor, sink falling off the wall, dusty pipes, no paper towels, no soap, no sanitizer- UNBELIEVABLE! I quickly alerted the front desk and she apologized and said she would let management know. That wasn't enough for me. I called corporate and of course was given the run around. I was promised a call back and here it is 2 week later and I am still waiting. They require that you wear a mask while in the office. I suggest wearing a mask and a hazmat suit cause it's disgusting in there! Stay far, far away from this place! I'll never ever visit this labcorp location or any other one ever again. The conditions of this office are deplorable and they need to be shut down IMMEDIATELY!!!!
