They weren’t wrong when they said their customer service is the worst. They were the rudest and so early in the morning. While I was there an older gentleman that was hearing impaired was trying to check but the man in front desk was telling him he needed to use the check in machines he then proceeded to show him in the most rudest and demeaning way and I’m not going to talk about the people in the back. Someone should really give them all lessons on empathy and compassion

People at the front desk are not helpful at all and results are not sent to my doctor. I just came in person to enquire and the lady at the front desk just gave me the 800 number and was not even willing to check in the system. I just got a procedure and my doctor is unable to follow up as labcorp did not send my results on time. Please improve customer service.

Awful experience, their QR code to check in doesn’t work, they customer service to help check I. Is awful. Woman at the desk at the worst attitude. Avoid this place at all costs.
I do have to say the one lady that finally helped us was very nice and helpful,

Talk about customer service or the lack of it! I brought my 2 children for regular lab work and from the get go the lady at the front desk was snarky. It’s so funny that they have posterboard on the wall about making someone’s day….when they are not even close to doing that! After they signed us in they made us go out and wait again in the waiting room, and then call us to go to one room, when I asked clarification if both kids shld go to the same room the staff told me they are together, so they shld go to the same room in a snarky manner! Like where did these ladies get their training?!
As we were waiting in the room, another staff told us to go out because someone was ahead of us….then Don’t call us in! Get it together! Just a very unprofessional experience for us and will never go back to this office again! I’m only adding another star because the phlebotomist apologized later.

I used to think that Labcorp's East Orange location was their worst, but I was wrong. This one is the one to avoid.. The insanely nasty attitude of the woman handling the front desk is your introduction to their madness. You will find that she dispenses it to everyone as she clearly hates her job, but won't find another that suits her crabby nature. One this wonderful day, I was poked by two different staffers, none of whom could draw blood after making me wait for over an hour even though I had a 930am appt! Eventually, I left wasteland to get blood drawn in Montclair, which apparently does have competent staff.

It stinks. A lab place should be very clean. When I went into the bathroom it smelled like feces. I asked for airfresher or something so that I can do my urine sample and they said they have nothing, it was terrible. The rooms are dirty and not a place I would want to draw blood at again. I went here a few times before but I have to find a labcorp that's clean. Also, I wanted to find out how to see results and the lady was like "just go online." That's not helpful at all. Also the people drawing blood are the same folks that check you in. They make enough money to have a front desk person.

No results, even online, after a week or two. They look incredibly short staffed. My visit was quick but required 2 return trips now just to talk to somebody. Avoid this location at all costs. If labcorp didn't have a monopoly in the area I'd say go anywhere else.
Update: They responded with a link to a survey? Are you KIDDING me??? Hire more people you morons, that woman in the labcoat looked TERRIBLY overwhelmed and she was the only person there. You replaced receptionists with terminals but all the terminal can do is check people in or out.
Update 2: Just got a call back that they didn't have my info and couldn't reach me because the paperwork was too hard to read. It's funny though because they were able to call me before that to let me know the paperwork was missing? I checked in via the digital kiosk and gave ALL OF MY INFO TO THE MACHINE how is that possible. Now I have to provide ANOTHER sample for a post vasectomy analysis because the initial sample has expired, but won't be going to labcorp. This could have all been avoided if 1 person wasn't responsible for every aspect of running one of their locations. You cut corners, you lose people. Easy as that.

Lady working at the front desk was extremely rude and extremely unhelpful. She seems like she hates her job and as if customers are not allowed to ask questions. Never coming back as long as she is working there. Absolutely terrible experience because of her.

If I could, I would give this place no stars. Inefficient staff. The technicians are handling both blood work and front desk and take forever to do basic stuff. On top of that the lady there is extremely rude. They assume people don't know how this works so they can do stuff as they wish. The facility should be inspected for the training of their staff members. Horrible experience. Definitely never going back there again.

We used this faciliy twice. Both times the staff was courteous and easy going. Front desk processed the paperwork fast and got us inside right after. The waiting time after check in at the kiosk was a couple of minutes for each visitor. Have nothing to say but good things about this location. The only remark I have is for the Labcorp Corp- In the last couple of months they changed the hours of operation several times but did not update on the web. It's frustrating to get to another location in Livingston and see the sign on the printed paper stuck on the door that is CLOSED on Saturdays. I went on Google and suggested the new operating hours. Keep in mind that this location has changed it's hours too: M-F it's until 4:00PM and Saturday until 10:30AM.

Let me first say the staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, the woman who took my blood really had no idea what she was doing. I have great veins that are large and you can’t miss them. She had to poke me twice and my arm bruised. I will never get my blood work done at this place again and if I do it will NOT be with that person. Never ever have I had this issue before. She tried to tell me I was dehydrated. I don’t buy that since I drink a lot of water everyday.
