My husband and I are first time homebuyers and not local, so we were looking for an agent who understood us without us being physically available most of the time. Holly was the first realtor we spoke with, and we signed her on the spot! She was so helpful during the process, especially as we had a million (probably dumb) questions. Our first offer was accepted, and Holly held our hands - metaphorically speaking - through the long process of inspections and the loan process. I highly recommend Holly!!! She helped my husband and I secure a beautiful apartment in Verona!! Throughout the process, Holly was kind, responsive, knowledgeable, and maintained the highest level of integrity. She assured us that we were in good hands with a great landlord, and she was absolutely right! 10/10 recommend Holly for all home buying needs! I was a first time home buyer with little to no knowledge on the home buying process. Holly is an amazing realtor (and person) to work with, and we got so incredibly lucky to have her as our NJ real estate guru! We were relocating from out of state as first-time homebuyers, but Holly made sure we were completely comfortable with and understood every step of the process, and that ultimately we made an informed purchase that was the right fit for us and our needs. She worked tirelessly to help us find our perfect home, and was always available via text or phone call to answer any questions we had. She often went above and beyond for us, previewing listings in advance of weekend showings to optimize our time when we traveled to NJ. She helped us navigate the highly competitive housing market, and target our efforts where they would be most successful. During inspection and negotiation, she proved to be a strong and effective advocate and guide, expertly coaching us through the difficult and unexpected moments with reassurance and ease (something always comes up!). Beyond helping us with the search and purchase, she has been invaluable in helping us prepare for our move by connecting us with trustworthy contractors and other professionals. The assessments and recommendations she has made regarding repairs have been thorough and accurate. She has displayed incredible professionalism, expertise, and kindness, and has our complete trust. We were thrilled to work with Holly for the second time on a purchase in a white hot market in Maplewood. She helped us explore a few early properties as we developed and defined our focus, and aggressively pursue the properties we liked. After a few close calls we were lucky to find a great spot that would've also fallen apart had it not been for a last-minute Holly rescue with the seller's agent.Holly's patience, integrity, responsiveness, judgment and especially her sense of humor and goodwill are major assets especially as the market gets more and more competitive.
