The manager Nick was very rude. We wanted to return a Play Station 5 unopened. We were left standing there for 30 minutes while he went to lunch. Upon return he told us to go to the Rockaway store. Then he got nasty. I stepped to him to in an attempt to explain he misunderstood me. I tried to explain that I respected him. He then argued that I was wrong. I gave up and now feel obligated to write this. Cooperate customer service said take the console home and they will send a refund check? That didn't sound right. Be careful if you want to return anything. They only want to give you store credit. More important Nick was pugnacious and disrespectful of his customer. He will need much more effort to be a professional. Nick feel free to reach out to us. I prefer to focus on positive things in life. I don't care to leave a bad review. I hope to remove this if anyone cares There has to be a better way.

Slow service, does not pick up the phone on multiple occasions of calling. This place doesn’t even deserve to be open. Poor place to do business.

No wonder chain retail is dying. Store closed from 12.30 to 1.30 with a sign out. Clerk highly unmotivated, slow and untrained. Spent 30 minutes in line waiting for 3 persons to trade and buy items.Will never make the mistake of coming again.

Very large and clean gamestop! this place has a huge selection of merchandise in games and funko pops. The sales people were very friendly as well

Mall is just not what it used to be. Many stores closed and borded up. Some look like they open just on weekends. Plenty of parking that is for sure.? There on a weeknight after work.

Don’t allow returns, disregard company policy. Waited 50 minutes for the manager to respond to employees text about returning defective item. Had to point out store policy to employee to get anything done - was only offered a replacement when policy said you could do a return.

Haven't gone here in a while because of the ridiculous prices but what I wanted it seemed everyone had it the same price and I was in the neighborhood so I gave them a chance again... surprisingly the staff was a lot better compared to the past and they seemed like they cared about you so I gave 4 stars I'll attempt another visit soon and see hopefully things are good then I'll give a 5 star .... Sorry guys but service is key for me especially if you're getting my money

I went there with my adult son. The lady that helped him was very knowledgeable about the issue he was having with his device. The other employee that helped her was very knowledgeable too. We left there very satisfied. My son was happy that the issue was not his device.

When I walked in to trade in my old switch and games, the first time I went, there was a very nice worker there who helped me trade everything I possibly could. Unfortunately I forgot something so I could not sell my switch. I came back a few days later with everything I needed to sell it, and apparently she was fired for whatever. There was a horrible guy working there who just could not care less about anybody in the store. It took me 10 minutes to get his attention while I was the only one in the store. Then, he randomly said my switch had horrible stick drift even though I had tested in before I went and it was perfect. I asked if I could try and he said no, and that only his extremely special equipment could be used to "properly" test anything. Then, he told me I could get maybe $20 for it in trade credit if he was feeling nice. (The first worker told me I could get a solid $120 for it). I eventually left and sold it on Facebook marketplace for $170
